    I brought this for gym so I loved the sound but not working in the steam room , some time 1 side and wire head phone doesn’t work so I have to take one out and put in the charger for few sex and take it out out in my ears agian so it work lol

    Genuinely the best earbuds I've ever had. I'm also a much larger human and these are the first earbuds that don't slip out of my ear even with the largest size silicone rings on.

    Light weight. Great for music. Echo for others during call. They hear the background noise clearly. Better for music than actual phone useage. Sound is amazing, but everyone on the phone complains about background noise or hearing their own echo

    I loved how comfortable they were for earbuds. Although i wouldnt recommend them for working out, i think they are perfect for using ehen walking or sitting down to enjoy some music

    Pros: -Well balanced audio. Pleasant to listen to. -Unbeatable ANC, lets you block out the world. -Great warranty support! Bose replaced them right away when I had issues. Cons: -Spatial audio is more of a gimmick imho. -Useless for voice calls (Get the Jabra 10 if you need that) -No wireless charging case

    This was an upgrade from a pair of Powerbeats Pro. I absolutely love the immersive sound. They're so much better than what I was using. I took them on the airplane and loved noise cancelling. I highly recommend

    Its sounds awesome honestly. And it sticks to my ears vwrt well when running. However everyone I talk to complains that they can hear everything in the background louder than then can hear me.

    Bose Ultra Comfort earbuds don' waste your money!!

    First pair of buds, left bud stopped working at 2 weeks, I called Bose they said we will send another pair after i return old pair to them, 2 weeks go by. Get replacement pair, start using and had trouble with volume during calls, it is way too low, ambient noises make it very difficult to hear caller. Another issue I have is connectivity, the app disconnects from buds while app is open and buds in use, making changes in settings impossible. Called Bose again they walked me through troubleshooting, unable to fix. They said we will send you another replacement, again 2 more weeks go by. Same thing, vloume too low. I called Bose again, went through troubleshooting again no improvement, they said we will send another replacement, I said no more replacements I want a refund. The person said I have to talk to my supervisor, they come back with information, Bose earbuds are mostly designed for music listening not calls. I said to Bose I want a refund, their response was we cant help you because you didn't purchase from uc directly, Best Buy will need to handle refund. I drive to store on 3/6/24 about 4:30 pm to find them closed, there computers will down nation wide. Then I called Best Buy 800 number, explained my problem, their response is any returns are at store manager's discretion . I went to Covington, La store again this morning asking to speak to manager, the host how can i help you, I explained the issue to her. Her answer was I cant help you because Im past the return period and store manager has a zero return policy after return period. Now Im stuck with $270.66 earbuds they I cant use and Bose and Best Buy are passing the buck on each other. What ever happened to customer service, when companies use to care about their customers and make things right?
