    I love the way these dont go deap into your ear canal. The app experience has been poor, however. The noise canceling is very strong and i experience ear canal pain after extended use if i leave the noise canceling on to high. Audio quality is good but it doesnt support some of the high end codecs. For the money there are better options from Sony.

It can take a little while to get used to using the noise cancelling for longer periods; however, you can create up to two of your own custom noise cancelling modes, if this is preferable.     A year into owning and i would purchase again. Takes some getting use to at first with right size but they work amazing. Even use them with the playstation.

    I bought these for my boyfriend he's a man few words but he had a lot of great things to say about these about how they connect easily how there's no noise in the background and how great they sound so I'm pleased if he's pleased

    Sound quality was absolutely phenomenal and ANC but they had horrible connection issues even after the firmware update and were super uncomfortable for my ears. (Used with Pixel 9 Pro) Ended up returning them.

    Great sound when you can get a connection

    I've had several iterations of these and over ear Bose and these are terribly disappointing. Connection in the right ear bud frequently takes several attempts for success. When they finally connect, the sound quality is fantastic. But trying to get them out of the case (poor physical design) and then connection issues result in a rough experience.

    When these work, they sound great. However, they have a lot of issues: - The sound fades in from silence. Any brief pause in audio will be followed by an inability to hear. If you're on a phone call with a pause, you'll miss the first 1-2 seconds of what someone says. If you're listening to a video with a pause, you'll miss the 1-2 seconds of audio on resumption. And music will feel oddly muted many times throughout the song. - The connection is poor. Pull it out of the case, the left one doesn't work. Put them back in, wait 3 second for the blinking lights to stop, try again and now it's the right one. You may have to try 5+ times to get them working every time you start listening to something. It's a real shame because these are pretty great at times. But these problems are a daily nuisance to a very expensive product.

      The sound fading in from silence doesn't seem normal, and could be down to the app or mobile device that you're using. I would recommend trying a different app or mobile device, and testing for the same behavior. The connectivity issues may also be resolved by trying a different mobile device, or rebooting your current mobile device.

    I forget these are in at times, and the noise cancelling and instrument seperation, they sound so good, but oh my god these are some of the buggiest pieces of tech i have ever owned. The amount of times i have had to repair these is absurd for the price, but my oh my do they sound phenomenal. So good that i cannot return them.

    Bought these as a gift for someone that talks on the phone a lot with a previous generation of in-ear Bose headphones. Within the first few calls I had been told to return the headphones and buy a new pair of the same old generation Bose headphones. The sound quality is extremely conparable to the overhead headphones counterpart in being premium and tailores to a less bass heavy ear though.

    So not worth the money. They sounded great initially and are comfortable. However, it’s super annoying how sensitive they are. If my ponytail even grazed a bud while running my music would stop. The slightest touch or movement would cause them to stop playing. They also have connectivity issues. Finally, one bud just stopped working altogether at the worst possible time, during my half marathon. And I haven’t even had them a full year. I just repurchased AirPods.
