Recently, about one month ago, beside the crunchy noises, they started doing other strange things, jumping from an apparent disconnection to another effect, kind of swapping audio between both ear pieces, sometimes several times in one period of use, sometimes ok for days… definitely disappointed. Best Buy exchanged them, so I will try luck again, because when they work, they are very good.

ANC excellent but not very comfortable

The design for sport buds were so good that i have always purchased bose but these just don't feel comfortable in ears

The sound was amazing but obviously the quality didn’t live up to my expectations of Bose products.
