The headphones themselves are fantastic but the app is horribly buggy and I’ve had loads of connection issues because of it. If you can get it to work then they are amazing in both sound quality and cancellation.

I bought these to use on a long flight to and from Europe. The sound quality for music is fantastic, however, they really hurt my ears and the sound quality on phone calls is terrible. But I must say, I was impressed with Best Buy’s customer service, they not only refunded me for the earbuds but also for the extended warranty I had purchased. Best Buy now has a very loyal customer.

These are really awesome Bose as been my favorite or one of my favorite earbuds - sounds like space - like a jet

A great buy and a grapevine just not best for the consideration of different size ears. Luckily mine fit perfectly, but as I’ve heard is the reason why they returned is because they aren’t too adjustable towards different ears just one specific ear size, even though they include different size earpieces, but as well as you know, Bose focuses more instead of songs it is really good at clarifying and insulating the same noise and sound into a better listening experience

These are truly impressive in-ear headphones as they produce a robust and deep sound that honestly should not disappoint anyone. They are a truly excellent option for anyone looking for a high-quality in-ear headphone pair where you are both moving quickly and still want quality sound. Bottom line, I highly recommend them.

Amazing. I purchased these after purchasing a faulty pair of Sony xm5 buds. Very happy with sound quality, noise cancelation and comfort.

I’m not a person to like anything “Buds” but when I am working out I do favor my old school PowerBeatsPro (for the hanging on to my ears) so it’s hard to pull me away from those. However when I came across these and its style I was curious and I have to admit that it’s scary not feeling that loop but also impressed on how good this product grips on my inner ear. So now I alternate by using the PowerBeatsPro when on the treadmill and then take those off, wipe those down clean to then wear these Bose “Buds” when pumping the weights. Sound is good I have to admit. No regrets
