Connectivity issue was a users error or people not having the latest update but it truly is a terrible problem. Had them turn off serval times within 5 days of use and eventually took close to 30 min to establish reconnection. I went back and grabbed a pair of Sony wf-1000xm5 and won’t be going back.

I find them moderately comfortable. I give the QC Ultra headphones 5/5 but the earbuds 4/5. I do not think they are worth $300 so wait for them to go on sale.

The case’s flip top is flimsy, and the buds are difficult to get out of the case when on the go. Also not wireless charging capable. I’ll admit that the noise cancellation is excellent. But the volume is so low in the buds that it’s pointless. Lastly, while the touch feature seems handy, just the slightest brush changes settings. So it’s more of a pain than a convenience.
