The quality of sound that comes from them is unparalleled. The only thing i wish would be better is the battery life.

I have Best Buy recommended a Bose set of earbuds with noise, cancellation, and an incredible sound system that you can use the equalizer to adjust the bass and treble. By far the best pair earbuds I’ve ever had

The problems, however, are pretty concerning. 1. In some very noisy environments, like subway, the noise cancellation sometimes stopped working, especially if the noise is high pitch. 2. Connectivity issue. Sometimes the music sounds fuzzy for no reasons, which looks like a connection issue. 3. Latency is pretty annoying. There's a slight delay when you play music on your phone.

The fit could be better always fell out in the gym... just the right ear bud. The software could be more in depth.

Their three modes make it one of the best headphones in my opinion. Their audio quality is good. If you want to buy good headphones, these are a good option.

No matter what I did these were uncomfortable for me. Additionally they started cutting out while at the gym. For the price they should not be doing that.
