So was easy, but the right earbud would not stay in even after changing the silicon tips. The "Immersive" mode was impressive quiet. I wanted them to work but it kept slipping out.

Noise quality

Only improvement required is to filter the background noise from the speaker side. When you speak, it picks up noise from the background and the person on the other side hears all the sound from the background

Great noise cancellation and awareness mode is a useful feature. Highly recommend and phenomenal investment if you enjoy your music.

I have tried many other brands and these are very good in sound especially when you can adjust the equalizer to your personal preferences and they really block out almost all ambient noises.

I think sony or apple pro are no where near Bose Ultra. I go to a busy gym with loud music and crowd. With this product, I can focus more and feel as if I am the only one in the gym

Really good bass & vocals, voice calls are just average. Connection with the app can be finicky, & please add multi point connectivity with an update.

Unfortunately on phone calls, the people on the other end can hear EVERYTHING that is making noise around you. I have spoken with BOSE and their "fix" was to go to a less noisy environement, upgrade me to Over-Ear headphones, or wait for an update with an unknown release date. I never had this issue with Air Pods Pros.

As for the mic response, another thing you can try is making sure that the earbuds are angled correctly.
