Good sound quality but does not last

While the sound quality is better than the predecessor, its physical quality is subpar and did not even last me three months. I use my earphones mostly to workout or for travel and take care of them, however just a month into owning them I changed the earphone cushion as instructed on the manual and the piece that keeps it in place had fallen off. Additionally, it has major issues when connecting to an iphone and will frequently disconnect for no reason or have issues finding your phone.

Great but missing multipoint!

But... the fact that this is missing multipoint is very disappointing! I didn't think it would be necessary, but once I tried multipoint (on $50 dollar earbuds), there is no reason these shouldn't have it for the price they are at.
