Taking out your earbuds only to find they're dead sucks.

Posted .Hi Sam, I'm happy to hear you like the audio quality and noise cancelling of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, as well as the Immersive Audio! If your earbuds aren't being recognised by the charging case, try re-syncing the case and buds. To do this, place both earbuds firmly in the case, and check the LEDs are lighting up. Then close the lid, and once the case LED goes out, open the lid and insert your right earbud. You should hear the welcome tone. Then, do the same with your left earbud, and continue using your product.
