    Love sound cancellation features because there is 3 to choose from. Also bough the 4 Gen headphones for my brother and loved those so much I got myself the EarPods!

    They sound identical to the previous version (QC2). Immersive is ok depending on the media. Most of the time it sounds oddly tinny compared to the regular mode. Ear tips kept coming off inside my ear. I don't know if it's a product defect or what but that was strike 1. Then when putting them back in the case, audio from my phone was still playing to them. I had to manually disconnect. To add to the case issues. Opening the case would let out a loud crack as it passed the tensioned spring point. Absolutely not supposed to do that. Seems like QC overall is nonexistent on these.

    Fail just out of warranty - 2 sets now!

    While the earbuds sound great, they DO NOT last! I've had 2 sets last just long enough to get past the warranty period, then fail. $265 for a 1 yr warranty, and they don't last more than 2 years is not acceptable. One set failed internally, the 2nd had one earbud literally fall apart.

    Terrible app, touch controls very sensitive and no way to turn them off so no hoods or even sweat, for the first minute itll make it sound like its still connecting or looking for device even if its already connected, great audio quality and noise cancelation but bose has done nothing to improve the quality of life when using this product should not cost more than 100-150 with all everything you have to put up with and just accept when you choose these earbuds.

    Love the sound when listing to music but on the phone not so good and the transparency mode still feel like there is somthing in my ear

    Like MANY other people I have problems with my left earbud not charging and it has nothing to do with the earbud not making proper contact. I have to spend literally hours resetting, recharging, re-pairing, removing/reinstalling the App, etc... because it doesn't always resolve it the first (or second) time I try. They sound great when they work, but not worth the hassle. I hate these earbuds...never buying BOSE earbuds again.

    Headphones worked really well and I thoroughly enjoyed them, but they did stop working. First the right one, then the left. Make sure you double check when your warranty expires, I missed mine by a couple weeks. Really sad about it, won’t be buying again simply due to price.
