    Good ear buds but there is noise the ear buds seem to absorb the noise which makes them saturating sound

    I could not continue to use them since I was so used to apple being able to read my messages to me and kept falling out but I have a piercing in my ear that may have caused it to not stay. Either way they are awesome just not for me

    Only had them for about 6 months before one of the ear attachments completely broke off. Luckily, I had the protection plan on them and Best Buy replaced them for free!

    Great sound, but the battery died on one earbud after 10 months. Too expensive for this!

      I'm glad you like the sound of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, John! If one earbud is no longer charging or turning on, there are few things we can try. First, resync the earbud connection by putting both buds in the charging case (with the lid kept open), then close the lid. When the status light stops flashing, open the lid, remove just the right earbud, and place it into your right ear. You should hear the welcome tone, and then you can place the left earbud in your ear, where you should also hear the welcome tone.     Love them . Only 1 little complaint. The touch to pause is to sensitive my shoulder while working out sometimes touches it and it pauses. Ill live haha

    Their phones are terrible. They make clicking sounds in your ears along with they drop connection frequently.

    These replaced my airpods pro because those would always fall out of my ear. The Bose stay in ear even when working on your back. Great product.

    The IIs were some of the best I’ve used and now they’re even better! one thing I will say is Bose needs to be faster with updates! they could’ve added wireless to this case I feel
