Sorry to hear you weren't blown away by the sound quality of the QC Ultra Earbuds! The fact they didn't sound great and weren't loud suggests you probably didn't get the best fit possible from the buds. If you still had the buds, I'd recommend getting in touch if you had trouble finding a good fit - As when inserted correctly, you would have a much better all-round experience!

DO NOT BUY for Android

They sound good when they work. But it's CONSTANTLY disconnecting and when it's connected it's CONSTANTLY dropping audio for a second or two. It's really frustrating and will be the last pair of Bose I buy. I wish I would've used them more during the return period because I would've returned them.

When I get a call other party has a difficult time hearing me. If I try to readjust them in my ears while on a call with someone it will hangs up. Over all it is just an expansive earbuds but unnecessary unfortunately.

Charging malfunctions on the best earbuds around.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used Bose quiet comfort headsets since their first iteration, and I was wildly disappointed to be met with rampant charging malfunctions, which avail the headsets to me about 30% of the time. The headsets are supposed to charge in their charging case, but fail to do so a vast majority of the time. Other times they will charge, but then lose charge as rapidly as if I were using them. I cannot imagine this is intended functionality, but it is an astonishing oversight regardless.

Thanks for leaving your review of the QC Ultra Earbuds.
When you receive a call, the earbuds remain in the current noise cancelling mode but Self Voice is activated. Self Voice helps you hear yourself speak more naturally but you may perceive this as lowered noise cancelling as you can hear your voice. Surrounding sounds shouldn't be as audible.
This should have no impact on the caller.
