As soon as i was doing the fit test for ANC, I knew they weren’t going to be as good as they said. In all honesty, the Airpod Pro’s have better ANC than these by far.

It's true that proper fit is important for noise cancellation performance. Also, be sure to check your settings in the Bose Music app to make sure you are in "Quiet" mode, not "Aware" mode. If you continue to experience issues, our customer support team will be happy to assist further.

Not worth it

They keep popping out and every time I try to push it in real quick, the music pauses and sometimes you have to get back on your phone to resume the music, instead of the “tap”.

The WORST bluetooth connectivity elsewhere.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can honestly say I have never had a bluetooth device of any kind with a poorer ability to stay connected to my TV or phone or tablet or ipad. I can disconnect when my tablet is three feet away from my earbuds. Or one earbud will get slight out of sync and there will be an echo.

Great sound, for about 4 months

But with this earbud the perfect and great sound only lasted about 4 months before it started sounding muffled and dull. Have to turn the volume up on the phone to pretty high to just hear it anymore instead of having it really low right at the beginning brand new. The rubber ear pieces also break really easily and are useless after a couple months as well. I wouldn't recommend these for the price at all.

Bose QuietComfort II EarBuds

Putting them back in the case does not work on resetting them. I have to hold the button on the back to reset them and then repair everytime it does this. 100% not worth the money.

Not Good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality not close to top tier competitors in price range like Sennheiser Momentum TWS 4, Denon Pearl PRO and Audio Technics EAH-AZ80, bulky earphone, not commom ear tips so it's hard to put other brand ear tips and the worst for me, don't block out wind noise while riding my bike like sennheiser and Audio Technics does flawllesly.

Connection, Sound, and Charging Issues - Not Good

They have trouble connecting to my phone and laptop, they will disconnect in the middle of an activity (i.e. during a work video call, in the middle of listening to something on my phone, etc.). They will sometimes connect only 1 earbud and not the other. They will sometimes not charge despite being in the case and plugged into a charger. I am going back to Airpods. Worst experience.
