Great, wish they were more Apple friendly
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.amazing headphones. wish they were more apple friendly which is why they are 4 stars. sounds amazing, but the fact that Bose doesn't work with Apple, no matter who's fault it is, makes these 1 star less. Otherwise they're perfect.

Perfect fit
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always have a problem with finding the right sized earbuds. For some reason earbuds dont stay in my left ear, they fall right out. These fit great and stay in place for hours. Theres plenty of other reviews detailing the amazing sound quality, but that doesnt matter unless you can actually wear the earbuds.

Great Choice if You Want to Spend the Money
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These a great earbuds. I feel the price is a little outrageous given the comparative quality of other brands. These feel great in the ear and the immersive mode definitely delivers. Can't go wrong with Bose.

Quiet Comfort Moonstone
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using Bose for the last 10 years. These are nice noise cancelling headphones, and if you can swing the price tag go for it. Be aware though they are easy to lose. Lately, which I only dealt with from this line and the prior rendition is a slight connectivity issue with my apple devices. Otherwise 10/10

Great mostly
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely an Upgrade from previous wired models. Even riding a zero turn lawnmower for hours is great for getting my music. However, the husband snoring in a king size bed and these DO NOT cancel his loud snoring!!! I don’t even know if there is a model that would give me complete silence while he snores! If anyone know please lmk! Have always been a Bose fan. It’s a no go with his snoring.

Renewed Faith in Bose
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great fit, sound and ANC! My son has been trying to get me to try Bose for years, but I love my Sony WF-1000XM5's. I still like my Sony's, but now I'm using both.

Almost Perfect
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent noise cancelation, great sound, & secure fit. Definitely needs muliti point connection, especially at this price range. App needs polishing to be more responsive, it's quirky

Bose UltraQuiet review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rate this product as 4 stars for the following reasons. Pros 1) the sound quality is absolutely fantastic, and the app really gives you the ability to customize how they sound. 2) they seem to be rather durable and the build quality is good. 3) the call options are really sound. Over all the pros outweigh the only cons. Cons 1) they are extremely uncomfortable no matter what size i change the rubber pieces thag came with them too. Maybe its just my ears, but if i wear them for more than 20 minutes i get a wicked ear ache. Its not a volume issue, its the over all fit. Are the worth the premium price? Id say yes. 4 stars for a quality product. Minus 1 star for the way they fit.

Good but Bose can do better
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are actually an improvement over the comfort 2s. Transparency mode is clearer and so is the sound. Still no multi point connection which is ridiculous at this price point.

Good quality sound bit doesnt stay in unless clean
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overtime, body oils build up on them even though you cant see the coat of oils it will fall out of your ear if you inner ears aren’t completely dry. This means if you start sweating even a little bit they fall out making this an expensive boo boo if youre doing some mowing or jogging around anywhere there are drains. Giving them a clean with a bit of ipa fixes this bit only shortly and temporarily. This problem was never present with the previous generation of ear buds. The soundsport free had ear lobe wings to hug the inside of your ear lobes and rarely fall out. A little suggestion for bose, please start putting those wings on your future products. Other than that one problem these ear buds are great. Connectivity is great, the bluetooth range is very good, the sound quality is excellent, and the connectivity with the apps are good.

Good sound, can't disable touch, clunky interface
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They have good sound, but lack a few essential features and aren't extremely intuitive. I'm planning to return them today because figuring out they're both missing a key feature I need for a daily use pair of buds and have clunky controls was a dealbreaker. They do not allow you to disable the touch controls, so if these are buds you plan to wear with anything that might so much as brush against your ears they're going to frustrate you. The app only connects to the buds if the case is open, and the buds are a little difficult to pull out and put back in. I discovered this after hours of frustration while trying to get them to finish installing an update that took 45 uninterrupted minutes on the app. Closing the case interrupts the updates and disconnects the app. The app tells you to insert the buds and hold the button down to make a blue light flash which doesn't seem to happen until you disconnect the buds from your phones bluetooth or when it finally makes up its mind what state it should be in. It's pretty wacky, I'm not about to do science experiments to figure out the state machines for their earbuds. Is the sound and noise cancelling pretty good? Yes. Are the features user friendly and intuitive? No. Who designs a modern pair of earbuds and doesn't allow for the touch buttons to be disabled? And who makes the app reliant on the box being open? Why does it take 45+ minutes to download an update? That's not a good design, especially not one worth $250 in my mind. I'm obviously paying for sound quality and not features at this point but I'd take lower sound quality over the frustration it caused me personally. I'm sure these buds have a target consumer. The sound is pretty great and the noise cancelling is effective. If you don't need to disable the touch controls and don't think you'll need to regularly change settings with your phone they'll get the job done. I just can't abide the missing feature and the fact I can't use the app without leaving the case open. (Including the several times I've connected to them on the app when it wasn't actually connected to my phone.)

Posted .Thanks for your review of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, Raishin! While I'm happy to see you've been enjoying the Bose sound and noise cancellation, I'm sad to hear that you're thinking of returning your earbuds.
It's true that, on the first use, an update may need to be installed. This is so you can begin using all the latest features and enhancements of your earbuds. While the first update can take up to 45 minutes to complete, you can still use your earbuds while the update is underway. Please keep the earbuds out of the case during this process.
Before you return your earbuds, I would suggest getting in touch with our customer support team. We can then also take a closer look at the touch controls that seem to be sensitive to the headgear you're wearing. We look forward to hearing from you, so we can establish what exactly is happening there: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US.

Great entertainment listening but calls are horrib
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the bose sound with music and videos but conversations are horrible. I cant just wear one while talking one the phone. I tried adjusting everything. I had to wear both buds to hear who i call. But for $300 youd think theyd be good all around. I wouldn't pay more than 150$. Oh, and they are comfortable and stay in very well with different rubbers to fit. I get sweaty at work all day and i never felt like they were going to fall out. With all this said, calls are very important. When im not working at home or at work i like to only wear one bud.

Posted .Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding the QC Ultra Earbuds. It's great to hear you enjoyed using the buds for music and videos and I'm thrilled to hear how you found their stability in the ear to be dependable! It is, however, disappointing to learn you experienced problems with conversations. You can use the buds singularly during calls so if you do experience problems, I'd recommend unpairing, then establish a new connection.
