I feel the price is a little outrageous given the comparative quality of other brands. These feel great in the ear and the immersive mode definitely delivers. Can't go wrong with Bose.

I have to switch from Bluetooth to hand-held in order to have a conversation. Also, after 7 months, I am now having connectivity issues. 90% of the time, I have to re-dock the ear buds in the case in order to connect to my phone. This started happening about 3 weeks ago.

Perfect Buds

From the comfort, to the quality of sound, noise cancelling you'll be very satisfied. I gifted it to my husband and he loves it. He used to have the sports II buds and the other side just stopped working with just few weeks using it, but this one so far has no issues. They made a lot of improvements with this. I honestly wanted to get another pair for myself.

Quiet Comfort Moonstone

These are nice noise cancelling headphones, and if you can swing the price tag go for it. Be aware though they are easy to lose. Lately, which I only dealt with from this line and the prior rendition is a slight connectivity issue with my apple devices. Otherwise 10/10

Great sound, not ideal for small ears

Constantly slipping out. If I manage to somehow get a good seal, I can’t talk or move my head without them falling out.

Switching from mode to mode it is easy and convenient. They are quiet when you need them to be and when you need to hear something like a conversation without taking them off, they are perfect.

I received a pair for my birthday and used them while flying…. I couldn’t hear a thing outside of what I was listening to. I logged them so much I purchased my wife a pair so she too could enjoy while flying.

They’re my first in ear earbuds. I’ve had beats over the ear earbuds before they are comfortable. They stay charged easy to use. Totally awesome. Stop reviewing other earbuds and get these worth every penny!

Have not used them enough to check out all the features. I did find the noise cancelling to be very affective while flying on a 737, which can be a bit noisy

Transparency mode is clearer and so is the sound. Still no multi point connection which is ridiculous at this price point.
