Sound cancellation - phenomenal
Ability to stay connected to ANY OF MY PCs, Macs, iPhones, or Android phones - STRAIGHT GARBAGE.
The worst part is that when it loses the connection, it makes a click like a gunshot at MAX FING VOLUME.
This is the third pair of these I've owned, and every one of them suffers from the same problem.
Doesn't matter if I'm connected to a phone, Windows PC, or Mac. I can't figure out what causes it, but it scares the fiery hell out of me every single time.

These are nice but lack a few things that make the purchase a great buy.
Pros
Mode selection. You have 3 settings and emerse wow, I cant hear nothing but my music.
The slide on my ear bud to increase and decrease volume, love it.
Cons
The Bose App is really lacking. Unable to find battery status on the case. The app doesng show and case has light. There is no numerical value for the battery of the case.
My samsung ear buds and bose are about the same with samsung coming in 1st over these.

these headphones are ok for the price, they turn on and connect to your phone when both pieces in the case, and sometimes when you put them in your ear they don’t connect to the phone so you have to put them back in the case close it and open it and put it back into your ear and hopefully they add the siri feature so it reads messages
I'm glad to hear you're generally happy with your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! Sometimes, it can be necessary to re-sync your buds with the charging case; another thing you can try is a quick reboot of your mobile device, as this can also help establish a strong Bluetooth connection. As for Siri, the in-built microphones of your earbuds act as an extension of the mic in your mobile device. If you're having issues with using your earbuds to replicate functions that you can otherwise use on your mobile device, our support team will be happy to take a closer look for you: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Great Sound Quality/Terrible Mic Noise Cancelation

The sound quality of bose products are always GREAT! But why or how they haven't figured out microphone noise cancellation is amusing with technology now days. If you're in a noisy environment, forgot about using these ear buds. Being in the trades, its definitely something we need, and hopefully an update is released to address this issues. The pods themselves and the changing case are very well made.
Hi Jeff, it's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the QC Ultra Earbuds, but I'm sorry to learn you had problems with the built-in microphones during calls. It is important to ensure the buds are positioned in the ear so the microphones point directly toward your mouth as if they are improperly inserted, you will find external sound is picked up. Give this a try and you should notice a marked improvement on vocal pickup during calls.
If you need any assistance, we're here to help! Head to https://bose.life/3ET4mCs for further support.

Got these as a Christmas gift for my husband, who is a music lover and a devoted Sony earbud fan. He tried them on and smiled and immediately said they were awesome. After a week of using them in office he still loved them. Noise canceling is superb, blocks out EVERYTHING! Immersive audio is an amazing feature, however that does take up more battery, which requires you to recharge the buds sooner than expected. Had one instance of a phone call disconnecting from one room in the house to another.

Excellent quality. Was immediately impressed by the noise cancelling, as if literally having a volume control for everything around me. Would absolutely recommend but also recommend that you have a secure fit before doing fitness activities as mine popped out of my ears twice.

Honestly, my Aipod Pro 2s sounded better. Less than a year after purchase, the charging case contacts for the left earbud stopped working unless I held the earbud in place—which also meant that the phone thought the earbuds were in use whether they were in the case or not.
The app is clunky and gives you yet one more step to actually connect these things.
No multipoint or wireless charging.
I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your QuietComfort Ultra earbuds. To make sure your earbuds are charging properly, please make sure the eartips and stability bands are correctly placed on the buds so they can sit in the case without issue.
Also you can connect the earbuds directly to your phone without using the app, if needed. And you can connect the earbuds to 2 devices in multipoint.
