Just an average blue collar worker
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sound, good battery life, Bose though just not worth the money. They don’t stay connected to iPhone 16 the greatest. Charging can be a hit or a miss make sure you place them properly in the case. If you want to flex and show you’re something to others than buy them but being a blue collar worker who drops $300 on shoes every Six months I’d recommend getting those shoes over the wireless earbuds.

Great sound quality
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is great! The pods are comfortable. I previously used Apple AirPods Pro so the only downside of the Bose is they don’t work as well with an iPhone such as connectivity. Example - Apple AirPods will read my text to me when I’m listening to music. Other than that I love them.

Is it worth it?
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using several high-end buds ive found there isnt one best. Each has its plus and minus which is subjective so it depends what features are more important to you. For me the Bose was the best fitting most comfortable set ive tried. The sound was really good however not the best for my ears. With the fit and sound being good i wanted to keep the buds but connectivity became very annoying. The Bose app is terrible, sometimes the buds would be connected to my phone but wouldnt connect to the app. Got tired of messing around with the app trying to get it to connect. While washing my car with the phone in my pocket my music cut off twice. That was the last straw for me the buds were returned.

Posted .Hello,
Thanks for leaving your feedback regarding the QC Ultra Earbuds. It's great to hear you were impressed by how they fit and how good they sounded. I'm sorry, however, to learn you experienced problems with connectivity and the app. Connection issues can generally be resolved by unpairing and establishing a new connection. Failing that, a factory reset can help.
Remember, when you purchase Bose products you get lifetime technical support. I understand you've returned them now, but should you have issues with another Bose product in the future, I'd encourage you to get in touch with our team. We'd be happy to assist. https://bose.life/3ET4mCs.

AWESOME!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall my new favorite pair of earbuds. Audio quality and noise cancelation is the best I have experienced. Plus the stability and fit allow for all day wear and comfort. The Bose Music App also allows for individual customization which is a big win!!!!

Bose is always a good choice!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great earbuds… The fit is comfortable, they don’t work themselves out of my ears if I’m chewing food, many other brands have. The ONLY NEGATIVE thing regarding the earbuds is phone call communication & clarity. Talking to someone on the phone with these in use isn’t very good. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, they sound great. They sound even better after downloading the Bose app & adjusting the EQ for better audio, the immersive sound options also make a big difference. Noise cancellation is awesome as well! I have the off white ones & now these black ones. The white ones are about 1.3 years old, so I figured new ones might sound better due to technology changes etc. so yeah, I recommend these.

Great earbuds for audiophiles and Bose fans.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds better than Airpods pro 2, they are more bass forward, has a better eq for customizing for your preference, noise cancellation is also amazing. They could improve connectivity as they some time don't connect in one go. The case is decent size as well but the build quality for the lid of the case could have been better. Excellent battery life.

Great headphones as expected
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound as I expect from Bose. I feel like the connection can be a little finicky at times between the two headphones. I expect it to be perfect with the price I paid. I like how secure they are in my ears. Watching movies with them is pretty amazing also. Case and charge time is a huge upgrade from my previous pair of Bose buds

Good, but not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoyed these for the most part. The noise cancelation is probably the best I've ever had. The sound quality is very good, too. As is the fit and comfort. Now for the bad. The case is absolutely huge and doesn't have wireless charging. There's no multipoint. Both of those features at this price point should come standard. The battery life on the buds is nothing special, and the app is average at best. But the biggest issue for me was the connectivity issues. Sometimes, when I take the buds out of the case, one or both of them wouldn't connect to my phone. Or, when I would try to switch connections in the app from my phone to my tablet, it either wouldn't connect or it would connect, and the audio would continuously go in and out. Like I said, I really liked these buds but, for the price, there are far better options.

Bose ear pods
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the best ear pods I have ever owned. The sound quality is very close to the Bose over the ear phones. Very comfortable and with the right size plugs, they stay in place nicely.

Bose does it again
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned a lot of different ear buds over the years. I'm old enough to remember when Bluetooth wasn't a thing and mono was the only way we heard music. I don't think I'll ever buy ear buds from another manufacturer again. These things are sublime. Truly a wonderful listening experience. Not only do they sound fantastic, but they stay in your ears very well and they're comfortable to wear all day. For those folks bemoaning the price, I say you get what you pay for. Sometimes the truth hurts.

Great sound but....
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is great. Better than my beats fit pro. No problems with them getting loose or falling out while lifting weights or doing cardio. The only issue i have if with the bose app. The app is great when it works but it keeps crashing and losing connection with the ear buds. This doesnt affect the connection with the phone. There are no interruptions with music play, but you cant change the EQ or the immersion settings. You have to close app and establish connection again. This happens all the time. You dont need the app. I know people who dont use the app for this reason. Once my buds are connected i dont dont use the app either. So, great buds if you dont use the app.

Best on the market
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely the best earbuds I’ve ever owned. Sound quality is amazing. The fit is amazing, regular apple ones don’t stay in my ear, but these ones don’t budge. I’ve had some connectivity issues here and there, but I’ll deal with it considering everything else is so much superior to anything else that’s out there.

Bose headphones review
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is amazing. Headphones last a long time. The fit is a little weird they fall out of my right ear, might be my bone. There's an extra band to make them more girthy but then you can't charge it with those on. I have to take that thing on and off every time I work out. You would think bose would consider that, seems like an oversight at this price point.

Great for music! Subpar for calls.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did an extensive review online regarding which pair of earbuds would give me the best base. Undoubtedly, these headphones were the best. Provided a crisp sound with a deep base that was punchy, just the way I like it! Unfortunately though, they are subpar for making calls. There was a ringing noise in the background and the other person I spoke to while using them said that they can hear a lot of background noise and that I sounded very far away. Ultimately, I think your usage will depend on what you're using it for. They did great in the gym as well. Fits snugly into my ears and I didn't feel like I was going to lose them when I was walking around / working out. The Bose app was great too.

Awesome but could needs some work
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always wondered what Bose earbuds were like. Now I know. The sound is so clear! The mids/highs are not as up front as the Sony in quiet mode. However, once I enabled the immersion mode, I was amazed. These have rich Bass and I like that the volume is set higher than others. About 1/4 volume level is roughly equivalent to 1/2 volume level on the Sony XM5 and Jabra Elite 10 in my experience. Noise cancelation is scary. On a few occasions it seemed like I had people magically appear behind me. I didn't even hear them coming. IMO they are right there with the Air Pods. My biggest gripe is connection issues. On occation I've had one or both earbuds not connect when taking them out of the case. I just put them back for a few seconds and take them out again and all is good. The big one though is connecting with the app. I don't know if it's the buds or the app but it really sucks!!! Connecting or not connecting is literally 50/50. Hopefully Bose can fix this with firmware update or at least put out a more refined product for the next version.

Great battery life
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like that they are more comfortable to wear and the battery lasts longer in between charging. I liked previous charging case better which allowed charging in the case instead of having to plug the case in to charge. Overall a great product and noise cancellation is great.

Best earbuds for PC users and next level ANC
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality for Bose is legendary, but the Active Noise Cancellation on Bose is superior to anything on the market. I love that these paid perfectly with any pc, tablet, iPad and Android phones. With iPhones (which I have) you definitely have to be prepared to spend a couple minutes throughout the first week playing with settings and learning to tweak it just right for your own needs and use. Doesn't have a great lost feature like the iPhone pro's but if you listen to a lot of music, videos, the battery life is significantly better than the Apple. For regular phone calls it's going to depend on if you are someone with the buds always in or if you take them out and put them in the case. Personally I am the latter and feel like I charge my Bose case once every 4 days and never have the buds die during a 8-10 hour work day even if they are in all day. With Apple, I can push toward a 10-12 hour day sometimes but I find the case is dead every other day. Both are great options, but if you're someone who is in super noisy environments when talking on the phone, I will caution you, Apple naturally adjusts, Bose you have to play with the settings the first call or two. If this isn't an issue with you, I recommend these to anyone who wants seamless connectivity with the most devices, especially pc laptops. They are amazing on Zoom calls in coffee shops, airports, busy offices etc. Also very durable.

Erratic behavior and unstable connectivity
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start by saying that I really wanted to love the Bose Earbuds. The promise of premium sound quality and a comfortable fit drew me in, but unfortunately, my experience with them has been marred by some significant issues. The most frustrating issue I've encountered is the erratic behavior of the earbuds. Every ten minutes or so, without warning, the sound mode seems to switch from quiet to aware, and then back again in a fraction of a second. This might not sound like a big deal, but let me tell you, it's incredibly disruptive. It momentarily blocks ambient sounds, then returns to normal, causing a jarring effect that throws off the balance in my ears. It's like being on a rollercoaster ride every time I'm trying to enjoy my music or a podcast. What's even more frustrating is that this isn't an isolated incident. This is my second pair of Bose Earbuds, both of which have experienced the same issue. And it's not a problem specific to one device either—I've tried using them with two different phones, an iPad, and a Dell laptop, and the issue persists across all of them. It's incredibly disappointing to spend a significant amount of money on a product only to encounter the same problem repeatedly. Another major issue I've encountered is with call functionality. Here's the kicker: after the call ends, the earbuds decide it's time to disconnect and reconnect, causing an unnecessary interruption. This disruptive behavior means that every time I finish a call, I have to endure the unpleasant experience of the earbuds disconnecting and then reconnecting, disrupting any subsequent activity. Additionally, there are occasions when they disconnect randomly for no apparent reason, requiring me to put them back in the case to regain connection. This inconsistency is simply unacceptable, particularly for a product in this price range Now, don't get me wrong—the fit of the Bose Earbuds is perfect, and when they're working properly, the sound quality is impressive. But these glitches and defects have made me regret making such an expensive purchase. It's a shame because I had high hopes for these earbuds, but unfortunately, they've fallen far short of my expectations. In conclusion, while the Bose Earbuds have the potential to deliver a top-notch audio experience, the recurring issues I've encountered have left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Unless Bose addresses these issues in future iterations, I can't in good conscience recommend these earbuds to others. Buyer beware.

Posted .Hello Nelson, thank you for sharing your experiences of using the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds.
While I'm happy to hear that you've been enjoying the sound quality and fit of your earbuds, I am surprised to hear they've been switching from Quiet to Aware mode on their own. This shouldn't happen; could it be that e.g. some headgear that you're wearing is involuntarily causing this to happen?
As for the connection issues, we'd like to take a closer look at these with you as well. The best thing to do would be to contact your local support team, who will be happy to investigate and see what troubleshooting can be tried in order to remedy the above issues. The team can be contacted via the following options:
https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US
Thanks for trying some steps already - you are right that it makes sense to try different devices (to make sure that isn't the problem) and to put the earbuds back in the charging case if the connection is temporarily interrupted.
Warm regards
