They hear the background noise clearly. Better for music than actual phone useage. Sound is amazing, but everyone on the phone complains about background noise or hearing their own echo

They actually stayed in my ear which was a real struggle with other brands i have tried. I love Bose products, they have never disappointed me.

I love the sound quality but the overall earbuds needs improvement on the connectivity. I had previous issues with a different bose earbud also not connecting properly.
