    Beware: big issues and no proper support

    If you're up for terrible customer service and support, and a possibly defective product right off the bat, these are it for you. I was looking to replace old earbuds and did my research and was so excited about these. The fit was a bit awkward but I made it work. But then the right earbud stopped connecting and stopped charging. I looked online and apparently this is a very common issue. The only solution support was able to give was for me to ship them back first, and then they'll ship me new ones... but the kicker is that the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. I use headphones for work and travel a lot and need these to be able to do my job. The worst service and quite frankly. the worst headphones I've used in a long time. Just beware of how inflexible their help is.

With a product exchange, it's true that the old pair needs to come in to us before the new pair can be shipped out. As for the connection and charging issues with the right earbud, neither of these issues should occur, but if they do then there are various things you can try. Resetting the earbuds themselves, and also rebooting your connected device, can help stabilise the connection. Also try a different charging plug and cable, in case the one you've been using is defective or supplying insufficient charge.     Bad Mic Quality, Bad Call Volume, Inconsistent Bluetooth Connectivity. Huge disappointment from Bose.

    Replacing after 9 months of moderate use

    I use these strictly and solely to sleep at night as my husband is a loud snorer. After 9 months of moderate use, the button to toggle between modes (quiet, aware, etc.) is unresponsive 90% of the time. Also, the case stopped charging. I have used these on a few occasions for video/phone calls, and am told the background noise is minimal but the sound quality is terrible. For what I paid, these should really perform better. Two stars ONLY because Bose has great customer support and are replacing these because I am still within the 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Please note that the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are not specifically designed for sleeping purposes, and that using them for this purpose may have caused them some damage.     defiantly does not have the connection problem as the last model. When I use this for concerts dulls the music too much.

    For any streaming video/audio they are wonderful and the noise cancellation is above and beyond but when it comes to audio on a phone call its just so bad, i checked all my settings, updates, and compared to my old jabra elite active 75t or bose soundsport free using the same volume settings just not worth it, so I returned them.

    I like that you can use these buds individually...not like the precursor that had to have the right side connected

    Price to quality just doesn't check out. Audio quality poor when comparing to what I was trying to replace. Non stop issues with connection. These clearly have problems with Apple connections. Two I phones and an I pad pro all have same connection issues. One of the phones has app installed the other does not. These seem to only be stable when paired to Alienware laptop however the audio is terrible.

    The sound from the earbuds are great is a quite area. If you have any background noise its hard to hear even at 100%. The phone calls even worse. The person on the other end had a hard time hearing me due to the background noise. due to my job i need to hear and be herd when on the phone so i had to return them.

    They worked 1 month,got a second set and guess what? they worked 1 month before starting to make noice.Sound is amazing ...for 1 month

    great product. I used Sony before but this headset is better. Only issue is it does not change to multiple device automatically, you need to change it manually. Overall great headset
