Good sound quality . It is comfortable to use even in long hours of use . Battery life is good . I like he sound better than the Beats headphone I try .

Great Earbuds. Great noise canceling and sound. Charges fast. They would disconnect sometimes. Its my only issue with them.

Amazing ear buds. Great fit and great sound! I wear them at the gym and they dont slip or fall out.

These are more comfortable than the others I've tried. The noise cancelling modes work great and i can even use them while laying down on the side and they don't hurt my ears. I like that the up, down, pause, next functions work with different devices: my phone, computer snd Nintendo switch even.

I use these at work. I am able to switch L and R to extend the battery life. Good sound. Not the loudest

Most comfortable earbud I've ever worn. Well next to the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds. These are the only in ear earbuds I have worn that perfectly fit my ear with no need to change the size of the rubber earpiece. Excellent clear sound and bass. Happy to have bought these over replacing my Sony WF-1000XM5s.

The sound quality is good, and the noise canceling is better than the previous one. The default base is rich, but it isn't so loud that it drowns out the other sounds so you can listen to the music as it was intended. It still lacks the feature to turn off touch. It will pause every time I try to adjust the headphones, and that gets annoying quickly when I'm working out. One thing I would like to see implement for this earbud is the ability to make them beep so you know where they are. I fell asleep with them on, and it was near impossible to find it even though i know it's somewhere near me. It doesn't help that this headphone mutes the audio when you take it off, so you can't even turn the volume up to see where the sound is coming from.

These fit so well and are not uncomfortable, the sound quality is excellent!

I love these Bose headphones. I initially tried the Sony WF-1000XM5 but did not like them. The bass is much better with Bose. They sit comfortably in my ears with great quality music and have varying degrees of noise cancellation. Multiple added control features makes it convenient to pause or switch between songs with gentle taps. Plus the interface to change settings is stellar. Top quality

Purchased these headphones for my daugter. Theyve held up atill to this day. Battery still keeps a good charge and have only had to replace the gel insert pieces once. Great product!

These ear buds are worth the purchase when it comes to listening to movies and music they get the job done. You can use one headphone or both and they are wonderful. The noise cancellation is good and it works until you get next to something very loud. Just make sure you have the right size ear tips in for the correct ear seal. When it comes to the ear bud phone phone call quality it makes you wonder how these ear buds are priced so high. Its like bose focused more on the movie/music audio and noise cancellation so much, that they forgot about the ear buds phone call quality. The calls sound quality is low and you can hardly hear anything. You’ll barely be able to hear with just one ear bud so you would have to use both. Even then you still may not be able to hear. the microphone for these head phones barely catch your words. The person your on the phone with will say they cant hear a word your saying. With the noise cancellation and the person saying they cant hear you. You will just end up yellong like your on top of a mountain at some point. So, using these after 5mins of trying to talk on the phone, i usually just go back to my beats headphones to talk on the phone or tell the person ill call them back when im able to talk.

I've been using these earbuds for about a month on Apple products. I would rate them 4.5 with only two limitations Pro's: * Amazing noise cancellation * Audio is really good. Audio is incredible on Mac with Creative BT-W5 dongle that provides aptX adaptive HQ. Best audio I've had with an apple product due to aptX. This is really a game changer (I have tried Jabra Elite 10 pro, Technics AZH-80, Airpods Pro 2, Sony WF-1000MX5). * Great spatial audio * Very comfortable * Great for exercising Cons * Mic quality is not great in loud places * No multi-point

Amazing sound! The Bose QC II had great sound. But these have a few more features. The sound settings are automatic. There are several to choose from that weren't on the QC II. They are very comfortable to use. Being Bluetooth, you can use them during a phone call. You can add or remove a sound setting. I highly recommend getting these if you enjoy excellent audio and noise canceling technology.

I have used these for around two months now and am very pleased with their performance. First the test in the app to determine if you have the right sized insert for your ears is great. Second I use these while cutting grass on a large and loud mower, my expectation was low for noise cancelling here, I figured only a true over the ear headphone would really work. I was please that it knocked down the sound of the mower by 90% at least, makes listening to music or a book easy and comfortable.

Very pleased. Sound is great as is noise cancelling. Very comfortable and secure.i have other Bose earbuds but these are a definite step up. Also very easy to set up.

These noise-cancelling earbuds work great sonically. The music sounds really great and noise canceling is really good. Not sure how noise canceling compares to other brands. I have one complaint and some suggestions to make these better. First - my MAJOR complaint is that the case for these $300 earbuds is made of unbelievably slippery plastic. I've dropped this thing many times on a hard floor while trying to pick it up. You know the last thing I need is for my $300 earbuds to break! What the heck is wrong with your engineers - don't they try actually using the product??? It's so frustrating when easily fixed obvious issues like this exist especially on a premium product. Get your act together! Other suggestions - the app should let you create and customize the name of noise canceling settings. They have pre-canned names like "walk" or "Outdoor". That's fine but I need to create my own named settings for my own special situations. This is an easy software tweak - so just do it! Second - they should implement a feature that Apple earbuds have - which is to show the user on the app the SPL (sound pressure level) of the environment and how many dbs of noise reduction the earbuds are providing. This is useful info, especially in a high-volume environment like a rock concert! Well, I hope Bose actually reads this and acts on it. For the cost of these things - this is not too much to ask for.

Absolutely amazing product. Best part is the battery which holds on for weeks even after heavy usage. The sound quality along with noise cancellation is much better as compared to other wireless buds I have used. I love it !!

Good quality earbuds, good base and sound quality, amazing battery life. I pre-ordered these and they came faster than expected and I was super happy with my purchase. My only complaint is the style of them can kind of hurt my ears after a while of wearing them. I don’t think these were really designed for everyone, but I don’t regret my purchase. I traded out my AirPods Pro for these.
