Battery life is amazing. Touch buttons on sides dont always work to pause a song, skip or answer/hang up calls which is pretty annoying considering the price point. The app for them is absolutely terrible. Rarely will connect to the app.

A crackly Bluetooth connection might be resolved by bringing your mobile device to the front of your body, to reduce body-block interference. I workout and sweat with no slippage. The noise canceling really works and the sound is spot on. Best earbuds I’ve purchased so far.

Much better than the sony xm5. The only negative i have is that the Bose app causes issues with Bluetooth connection. But as long as you don't open the app everything works perfectly.

I had the original pair when you could only use the right one by itself. However, on this new version, you can use the left bud and then switch to the right bud. GREAT update so now I get the full use of my earbuds.

The sound is good but everything else stinks, they constantly disconnect when in use and constantly connect to my phone when they are on the case in my pocket. The app is terrible, the tap functions are terrible. If you're wearing a hood or beanie they just do whatever they want. I regret the amount of money I spent on these terrible headphones.

The noise canceling is excellent. The feature set and the multipoint pairing are other great options. It can be connected to multiple devices. The only issue is with the Mic; it takes in a lot of noise from the surroundings.

Pros that it sounds good and its ANC. Cons: 1) never connects even after factory reset (never consisitant). 2) the headset doesnt always charge while in the case. 3) bluetooth they use in this device is so out of date it doesnt even connect to more than one device. They might twll you it has multi point connection but it disconects from the first device to reach the second. 4) how do you have wireless charging in the first model but not the most expensive model. I been loyal to these headphones but this is my last.

These earbuds have indeed multipoint connection, which allow them to be connected to two devices simultaneously. If the connection is not stable, I would recommend factory resetting the earbuds: https://bose.life/3ZqEtWv

Battery life is great and are awesome for the gym. These sound a million times better than the AirPods Pro.

I have about 6 pair of modern wireless earbuds, including the AirPods Pro 2, which are also great sounding. But the Bose are the ultimate in sound, ease of use, noise filtering and auditory feedback, such as battery level and noise control mode. It is very close between the AirPods and the Bose, so I use the AirPods on my iPhone, and the Bose for all other media, including Roku. At least for me, they are wondrous.
