Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have owned mine for not even an entire year. for the amount of money spent they are cheaply built. the lid to mine is about to break off due to frequent use. i even have them in a protective case. sound quality and noise cancellation are both great but the case is not made of well quality at all. would not buy again. back to airpods i go. they also randomly disconnect and connect to the device.

I was not too careful while using it, but it stopped working in 2 months. I use beats earpods the same way and it's going strong for more than a year now.

Headphones kept falling out of ears when running & working out. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for ear buds to move a lot in.

We're glad to hear that you're loving your earbuds. Sorry to hear that you're having concerns with the fit, you should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you. It’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched . If you find that you need alternate sizes, extra small and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support.
