    Bose Ultra Comfort earbuds don' waste your money!!

    First pair of buds, left bud stopped working at 2 weeks, I called Bose they said we will send another pair after i return old pair to them, 2 weeks go by. Get replacement pair, start using and had trouble with volume during calls, it is way too low, ambient noises make it very difficult to hear caller. Another issue I have is connectivity, the app disconnects from buds while app is open and buds in use, making changes in settings impossible. Called Bose again they walked me through troubleshooting, unable to fix. They said we will send you another replacement, again 2 more weeks go by. Same thing, vloume too low. I called Bose again, went through troubleshooting again no improvement, they said we will send another replacement, I said no more replacements I want a refund. The person said I have to talk to my supervisor, they come back with information, Bose earbuds are mostly designed for music listening not calls. I said to Bose I want a refund, their response was we cant help you because you didn't purchase from uc directly, Best Buy will need to handle refund. I drive to store on 3/6/24 about 4:30 pm to find them closed, there computers will down nation wide. Then I called Best Buy 800 number, explained my problem, their response is any returns are at store manager's discretion . I went to Covington, La store again this morning asking to speak to manager, the host how can i help you, I explained the issue to her. Her answer was I cant help you because Im past the return period and store manager has a zero return policy after return period. Now Im stuck with $270.66 earbuds they I cant use and Bose and Best Buy are passing the buck on each other. What ever happened to customer service, when companies use to care about their customers and make things right?

    Best purchase ever

    I’ve always been a beats guy. Bought most of the beat product thinking it was the best. After using these Bose everything changed. I became even more sensitive to sound since I have to lower rhe volume now that outside noise is not a concern. Really well developed. I do lots of exercise including crossfit, HIIT, running, powerlifting, weightlifting and have never had a problem with them falling or sweat. 10/10

    As always Bose doesnt stop amazing me. Not only is the music clear, specially with high lossless downloads but now the music literally sounds like its not coming from your earbuds. It sounds like theres speakers far away from your head. I hope that makes sense because its another level of spatial audio that apple cant replicate. I tweaked the EQ and turned on spatial and its simply amazing.

    This my best earbuds I have ever bought. The sound quality is the best. If you’re a bass person like me go for it. I work in a manufacturing company and the earbuds don’t like sharp noise or ultrasonic noise that makes it not good to wear them when working. But otherwise I recommend them once again.

    These buds are comfortable and seem well made. Unfortunately for me, the ANC which I thought was supposed to be best in class, is the same quality as AirPods Pro 2. I was hoping for better.

    the noise canceling is good The connectivity needs work One time the right earbud had no sound although it was charged and allegedly connected On the occasion that they actually work, they sound good

    What they say about the Bluetooth is real!!

    I thought the Bluetooth. Connectivity issue was a users error or people not having the latest update but it truly is a terrible problem. Had them turn off serval times within 5 days of use and eventually took close to 30 min to establish reconnection. I went back and grabbed a pair of Sony wf-1000xm5 and won’t be going back.

    Its Better than the last version. I look forward to the next generation. The charging case is an awkward size and easy to lose if not stored proper. Ear buds themselves i like bettet than the over the ear 700. Comfort is 5 stars.

    Great earpads. The best in noise reduction. Sound quality is amazing. I use the immersive setting and it just sounds like your on the concert hall. You just can’t miss with Bose. I have been using Bose for many years and different iterations. Never been unhappy with Bose products
