    They are good for music, but the volume call, sucks. The volume call is like a 30 percent volume.

      Hi - if the call volume on your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds is low, make sure your smartphone is turned up sufficiently, and try a different device too, to compare performance.     Do NOT Buy - constant problems

    Like MANY other people I have problems with my left earbud not charging and it has nothing to do with the earbud not making proper contact. I have to spend literally hours resetting, recharging, re-pairing, removing/reinstalling the App, etc... because it doesn't always resolve it the first (or second) time I try. They sound great when they work, but not worth the hassle. I hate these earbuds...never buying BOSE earbuds again.

    Keep shopping…. Bose disappoints on their latest buds. Gets 2 stars only for the good noise cancelation otherwise goose egg! No wireless charging case, that’s $50 + extra on their site. No find my earbuds, it was dropped from these, really!! These are small and often misplaced.. Have my phone in my pocket and the connection is often spotty and yes I’ve updated all. Bose is overpriced and overrated!! Pass on these guys!

As for any issues with an unreliable connection, these can often be fixed by rebooting the connected device (e.g. your smartphone), or pairing a different device to the earbuds and comparing performance.     Do not buy if you make phone calls.

    Cons out of the way first. Call quality is hot garbage at best. Sound is muffled for both parties on the call. I wish I would of done more research on these before purchasing as this is a known issue. Can not turn off ANC. I wish it was set up like Jabra. On, Hear Through, Off. You can adjust it lower or put it in Aware mode which is similar to Hear Through. Pros. ANC is great. Sound is great for music, podcasts, videos ect. Great sound quality.

Regarding the ANC settings the QuietComfort only have adjustable levels and Aware Mode, which allows ambient sound in for better situational awareness.

    Does nit connect again to previously paired device. Meaning, only last paired device connects automatically, for other devices I need to re pair. Also constant static in left earbuds.

      Hello,

      I'm sorry to hear you've had issues connecting to a previously paired device. That certainly shouldn't be happening. Once stored in the case and removed again, the buds will always search for the most recently paired device first. You can also manage connections via the Bose Music app if you wish to switch to a different device.
