    These replaced my airpods pro because those would always fall out of my ear. The Bose stay in ear even when working on your back. Great product.

    Great sound, but the battery died on one earbud after 10 months. Too expensive for this!

      I'm glad you like the sound of your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, John! If one earbud is no longer charging or turning on, there are few things we can try. First, resync the earbud connection by putting both buds in the charging case (with the lid kept open), then close the lid. When the status light stops flashing, open the lid, remove just the right earbud, and place it into your right ear. You should hear the welcome tone, and then you can place the left earbud in your ear, where you should also hear the welcome tone.     The IIs were some of the best I’ve used and now they’re even better! one thing I will say is Bose needs to be faster with updates! they could’ve added wireless to this case I feel

    These ear bud did nothing but disappoint me at every turn. To start with they do not seem to have improved on the quality performance issues that I had with as my previous Bose QC ANC earbuds. There was constantly a super frustrating problem with either one ear or the other not connecting, the ANC was by no stretch of the imagination as good as the SONY WF-1000xm5 which I tried before these and the sharpness of the sound was certainly not as good as my previous pair of Jabra Elite 8. Also, the ambient setting feature constantly switched between modes when my hair brushed against one of the ear buds, which was annoying. Needless to say, I would not recommend these.

    Had these for 2 months now and I regret buying these. I have constant connectivity issues every day but other than that sound quality is great

    One of the best earbuds around. I switched from AirPods and i won’t be going back any time soon! The hr software works flawlessly as well, which can be a deal breaker.

    So far so good. Bought for Wife (Christmas present). The true test will be if it works well while riding mower. Will update in the spring time.

    They were good for almost two months. All of a sudden they won’t charge anymore. Good ANC and quality sound but very unreliable. This was my 2nd try with these earbuds.

I'd encourage you to check the charging case and the buds to ensure the contact points are free of debris/damage/corrosion.
