      Hi Troy, the QuierComfort Ultra earbuds have up to 6 hours when the Immersive Audio is off, or up to 4 hours when this mode is enabled. And the case with 100% charge will give you 18 hours of battery.

    They do not sound good when I have a call, for music they are excellent and good noise cancellation.

    Why the hell is there no option to turn of touch controls? In the app I turned off shotcuts but no matter what you do if you touch your headphone anywhere even to adjust the fit the headphone always pauses the song and alll short cuts are off like a simple feature like this is on Apple headphones that cost 150 don’t waste your money on this garbage

    Not as good as my other Bose ear buds. They keep disconnecting. Sound quality not good at all. Thinking about returning to store for refund.

    Great ! Only thing though is when you’re talking on the phone with the buds it picks up all audio in background

    People on the other end hate the sound. Having to switch back over to my phone all the time. Not worth the money. On a positive note, sound is good

    I’m sure there’s better ones out there. These are so sensitive to touch makes them annoying. When I get a call other party has a difficult time hearing me. If I try to readjust them in my ears while on a call with someone it will hangs up. Over all it is just an expansive earbuds but unnecessary unfortunately.

    Excellent product and sound, but for the ear piece itself they kept falling out of my ears. I tried all the insert sizes and did not help. Perhaps will work for other folks.

    Extremely disappointed with these. When making calls, external noises are deafening to those on the other end. Even things such as running water in the sink and birds chirping. I've found it pretty much useless for that and that is why I bought it. Wish I would have returned it. Also, I lost a small hard piece that holds one of the rubber parts right away somehow and now it always comes off in my ear.

    Decent but frequent connectivity issues with iPhone. Bluetooth should be a solved problem in 2024 and at this price point.

    Bought these for making Zoom calls on work computer. Functionality and settings are only available through phone app... there is no PC app, which limited features and functionality.
