    Best earbuds ever!

Honestly i was skeptical especially when i’ve tried so many earbuds and only ones i have liked and kept are the airpods (first gen). Airpods Pro, airpods (third gen), beats studio buds i can go on. All the new airpods fit uncomfortably and fall out of my ears. The studio buds fit better than airpods but connectivity between devices especially a tv was so poor. With these AMAZING! They actually stay in my ears but can get a little tiring or sore. Connectivity is amazing and voice isolation is perfection. I have used them while talking on the phone, my work requires us to use their approved headsets bit if i could choose i would totally use these earbuds. I was speaking on the phone and my dark barking extremely loud and the person on the other end of my call did not hear the dog at all! Meanwhile with some “tested and approved” headset a job requires to communicate with the business’s customers will pick up just typing of a keyboard.

    Still a Remarkable Product

After a year, they are still the best earbuds I have ever had. Alright, so for those like my relative who have severe hearing issues, it works Jackxxxx. However, just as reading glasses help eyes that grow older, the quiet features and noise suppression enhance hearing, and the immersion technology brings your music to life. And a year later, I'm lucky enough to report that it still works like new despite being misplaced twice but being simpler to discover. The rechargeable battery makes this item last longer than many other electronic products.

I enjoy the sound that the Bose earbuds produce. Find the right seal, and you will be emerged with unbelievable sounds!! Music sounds phenomenal. My #1 reason for purchasing. Treble, Mids, and Bass are all there. With the Bose app, one can customize how much bass, treble, and or mid sound. Spatial audio and other hi quality audio will sound spectacular with the earbuds. The ANC is amazing on these earbuds. Outside noise is completely muted out. All you hear are the sounds and tones of musical instruments accompanied by vocals depending to what you listen. Phone call volume I feel could be a little louder. Overall 9.2 out of 10!!! Enjoy!!

    Good Things Aren't Cheap!

Ive been using the Bose QC line of earbuds since they've been made available. I keep asking myself, "what can they possibly do better"? Every pair exceeds my expectations somehow (but i'm not complaining). The noise cancelling was already too tier and these QC Ultras do even better! I cant say enough about these earbuds. One gripe (and its not even a huge deal for me) is a wireless charging case. Ah well, with what you do get you will likely feel the same way with it not being a big deal. These earbuds are great! Enter the real world of music. You wont regret your purchase.

Fit takes the fun out of a good product.

The sound quality is great as always with Bose. But the fit is terrible. They fall out of my ears often, which is very nerve-racking. The fit is no better than the QC II. They also disconnect (temporarily) too often. Not really worth the extra money. I waited too late to return them.

    Interrupted audio not worth $$

Great features and truly noice cancelling. Loved the sound quality on the ear buds but interrupted audio occurs randomly. Ear buds switch modes and interrupts audio and it won’t stop even after unpairing. It is very annoying when you are out on a jog. Not worth the price

great audio quality and equalizer settings for music and video. but lacking in audio quality for calls. i have to keep the quiet setting on, with the volume on it’s highest. the people on the opposite end of the call, say i have an empty room echo. hopefully call quality is addressed in the future.

Great if you like to listen to white noise

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

When you put these on, you immediately hear white noise. Even in a quiet room, wearing these is louder than sitting in the room without headphones. I get that noise cancellation involves creating an opposite sound wave, but they need to figure out how to tone this down in quiet environments or at least provide an option to turn it off. That being said, If you are going to be listening to music whenever you wear these and you don't have any dead air like you do when listening to a book, or podcast or making a phone call, these have great audio and might be right for you. Tough to decide between a 3 & 4 star. Had to drop it to 3 because of the price. At $300, you should be able to turn off noise cancelling.

Hello Patrick, thank you for your review, I am sorry that the QuietComfort Earbuds II haven't met your expectations.
This is normal operation for this type of audio equipment and should only be heard in quiet environments, when not listening to music, and ANC is on high.
you can view the steps to adjust your ANC modes here https://bose.life/3TGWlrK.

    Small Issues Made Difficult Usage

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I wanted to love these but lack of control over personalization settings and the finicky nature made them difficult to manage. While they provided great noise cancelling and good sound quality, there were 2 aspects that irked me so bad I had to return them: 1. the tap-to-play function was too sensitive, couldn't be turned off. music would randomly turn on and off / skip tracks. 2. low battery alerts were too loud, couldn't be turned off. I adjust buds often and don't like having my listening interrupted, so these 2 aspects were deal-breakers for me. But maybe to others they wouldn't care as much.
