    These are the worst headphones I've ever had. They have trouble connecting to my phone and laptop, they will disconnect in the middle of an activity (i.e. during a work video call, in the middle of listening to something on my phone, etc.). They will sometimes connect only 1 earbud and not the other. They will sometimes not charge despite being in the case and plugged into a charger. I am going back to Airpods. Worst experience.

    Losing connection and noice cancelations sucks

    Im always losing connection with my phone. i had to uninstall the app to make it work, and noice cancelations comes and goes on really loud noise. Also, battery sucks they dont even last 8hrs

      I'm sorry to hear of your disappointing QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds experience! The battery will last 6 hours with Immersive Audio off, and 4 hours with it on. However, a charging case with 100% charge will power your earbuds for a further 18 hours, keeping them topped up. If you find the noise cancellation isn't working optimally when loud noises occur, try disabling ActiveSense, a setting where the noise cancelling is not active 100% of the time. Use the main screen of the Bose app to turn ActiveSense off. If you find that reinstalling the Bose app causes connectivity issues again, then try a reboot of your smartphone, and if that doesn't help, your local support team will assist you via further troubleshooting.     Bout these for my wife and they didn’t last long the left side stopped working differently not worth the price. I have a cheap pair of JBL earbuds and I use them for yard work and they work

    Waste of money they dont connect and they make this awful white noise and don't cancel any noise. This is a source of frustration I don't recommend anyone to buy them.Now they don't connect phone calls

    I loved these earbuds for about 2 weeks, then they started to randomely disconnect from my iphone. I had to jump through hoops to get them to reconnect. Best Buy will only refund or exchange for 14 days! After that you have to go through Bose. Calls, chats, you know how that goes! Buyer Beware. The reviews about connection issues are true.

    Good sound quality, but please get rid of the “Quiet” “Immersion” sound modes. During workouts, my sweat or hair grazes the head phone causing it to skip endlessly between all the modes. Just get rid of it.

Generally, disconnection issues occur when you are too far from the paired Bluetooth device. Please keep within 10m/33ft of the device. With the microphone, please ensure your buds are pointed towards your mouth when inserted in the ear. This will help with microphone pickup accuracy.

    Sound is good, but $299 gone after a year or two. It don't last it should. Keep breaking apart, and I had to use super glue to keep from not breaking. Left side died first. Keep your money for sonething cheaper like Jabra, Samsung and Apple. I had Jabra and Samsung before, They didn't in 3 years, I just gave them away.

    Horrific Connection Issues

    80% of the time you will have to go through multiple steps to get these to connect. It takes 5-10 minutes for the work arounds. I owned the first generations and never had any issues. They need to do a software update or stop selling these. Internet is loaded with people having same issue.

    This Bose earbud model is an absolute disaster—the worst they've ever dared to release! Pairing it with my iPhone is a gamble; sometimes the left bud connects, sometimes the right, or it just gives up and disconnects entirely. Their so-called Bose Music app that's supposed to help switch devices is a complete joke. Utterly useless. I've submitted numerous complaints, only to be told I'd get a replacement after a long wait of 4 weeks! Really? So, if you're keen on throwing away $300 for a bundle of issues and enjoying a month-long wait for a replacement, by all means, go for it. @Bose, it's disgraceful that you're selling such low-quality trash! I'm beyond disappointed. These awards and glowing reviews have to be fake. This product is a nightmare—Avoid it!

    ANC is great but…

    I have the Bose QC earbuds version. and it works flawlessly. When the Ultra version is in the horizon of being release, I gave the earbuds to my wife and pre-ordered the ultra version. So excited when I got it. Been using it for almost a week now but there’s this issue with the Noise cancelling. While listenin to music (apple and amazon music) or watch youtube videos the ANC keeps turning off and on. It happens every now and then. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting it from my iPhone 13pro max. It works a bit for a few hours and then the ANC on and off is acting up again and it’s very annoying. Anybody here experience similar issue? I have until end of the month to decide to return it or not. I prefer to keep it if the issue is fix for good, But if the issue is not resolved before end if the month, I am returning it. Thanks.

    Trash earbuds

    Very disappointed in the earbuds. Definitley not worth $300. Save your money. Ear buds always pause music or hangs up calls when you adjust the ear buds. When you're on a call the other person sounds far away. Music not loud enough.
