    These are life-changing headphones. I have never owned noise-canceling earbuds before. I can't imagine using something else after experiencing these. It truly is like magic. If you enjoy a quiet lunch break or homework session, these help you feel like you are in your headspace, canceling all background noise.

    Sound quality, design and build quality are excellent. Ive had these for almost 2 years and they are still going strong!

    Best earphones. I have some hearing loss and was told to use noise canceling headphones and these are the best. They block out all the noise and seal up your ears so you just hear your music.

    most amazing earbuds i have ever had. they literally cancel out every noise. the surround sound is like you can reach out and touch the music. love them so much i purchased a second pair for the husband. they are worth the investment .

    Love them, sound is amazing and with the different modes specially the one you dont know where the sound is coming from, that is totally awesome. Noice cancelation is out of this world, perfect when making/answering calls!!

    These headphones deliver excellent sound quality for music, but their connectivity with Apple iPhones leaves something to be desired. If your main focus is listening to music, they’re a solid choice. However, as an everyday option for phone calls, they fall short of expectations.

    Best audio out there but thats all. Connecting issues at least every week after 2 months, have to hard reset everytime it happens average battery life (5 hours continuous) on full charge. But no customer or video support for better Bluetooth connection for all devices (apple,samsung, etc. ) wouldn't recommend until visible improvement on easy connection down the line.

    Not Worth It (SAVE YOUR $$)

    When working. Sounded great. But I'm on my 2nd warranty replacement. Took a month to receive both times. Left ear stopped working completely both times. Loses connection regularly. You will have to deal with BOSE replacement/refund department. Best Buy will not do anything if it's outside their return dates. BOSE will not refund your money because it was purchased through Best Buy. So, replacement after replacement will be what you have to deal with. Also, you have to send in the broke ones, then they receive, before they will mail the new ones. Biggest earbuds hassle I've ever dealt with.
