The sound quality is fantastic and when you put them into the noise cancellation mode you can not hear anything but your music. For me this feature is simply unmatched by any other earbuds I have ever owned!!!

So was easy, but the right earbud would not stay in even after changing the silicon tips. The "Immersive" mode was impressive quiet. I wanted them to work but it kept slipping out.

Thank you for posting. Any speaker or headphones designed with batteries and other active electronics may introduce a low-sounding hum or hiss when the power is turned on. This is commonly referred to as a “noise floor” and may or may not be heard by the user. This is normal operation for this type of audio equipment and should only be heard in quiet environments when the power is turned on and no other audio source is playing. Rivals that of my over the ear BOSE 700 which I also love. I have Apply Pro 2 ear buds and I thought they were really good until I got these BOSE. These are far better at ANC than the Apple Pro 2.

Posted .Hello, it's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the QC Ultra Earbuds! With regard to them falling out, I'd suggest trying a different combination of the tips and stability bands. It sounds like you've not found the perfect match yet. Remember, not all ears are symmetrical, so you may need a certain size on the left and a smaller/larger size on the right. Give this a go and you should be able to enjoy a jog without the worry of them leaving your ears!
