Great sound, TERRIBLE connection issues

Not sure about with Android, but with iPhone, they cut in and out like crazy. I stopped using them and went back to my first generation AirPod Pros. I tried everything Bose website recommended for the connection issue and it didn’t help at all. They still do it.

If the person you're talking to hears a lot of background noise, try making a call from a quieter environment.
