If the person you're talking to hears a lot of background noise, try making a call from a quieter environment. Also, make sure your earbuds are oriented for the best mic performance, i.e. with the Bose logo pointed towards your mouth or chin. Our support team will also assist you, if issues persist on calls. ANC excellent but not very comfortable

The design for sport buds were so good that i have always purchased bose but these just don't feel comfortable in ears

The sound was amazing but obviously the quality didn’t live up to my expectations of Bose products.
