After the 6th time and every time after, the right earbuds internal microphones used for noise cancelling failed. It sounded like someone was "blowing" into the microphone and I could not fix it through any of Bose's troubleshooting recommendations. Horrible QC for headphones that are this expensive and "high end". I upgraded my 1st gen Airpods Pro to the 2nd generation and that was a better investment than these "Ultra" earbuds. Great noise cancelling though. I'm just glad they broke after 1 day so I could still return them.

Have had two sets as I had to get a replacement for a speaker messing up. Both sets the left ear falls out consistently. Only left. Overall decent.

Worked great at first… not Best Buys fault.

Days after the return/exchange cut off, one of them died. Contacted Bose and have gotten the runaround on getting a replacement. Won’t buy Bose again.

Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC Ultra earbuds. Music volume and call volume can sometimes be separate on your paired device, so you want to make sure the volume is turned up on the device for the calls as this could be why you're experiencing low volume. Please refer to your phone's user guide for instructions on how to adjust this.

The BT works poorly and their connection to each other is worse. Sound quality took a backslide and the new immersive audio sounds like youre in a huge metal can. JUST BAD

Disappointed with Bose warranty policy

To my surprise, they told me I would only receive a refurbished replacement instead of a brand-new one, and not even in the same color I purchased (I bought blue, but they said I’d get white). I still have my original pair with me, and I’m very disappointed with how Bose handles warranty for such an expensive product.

Don’t buy!

Shouldn’t Have Purchased

Besides that I wish I had the option to try before buying. Because they were opened and used for a week, I wasn’t able to return them. Wasted $275 plus the tax….
