    What I like the most on this earbuds is that, each earphone can connect individually and use them individually regardles you are not using the right earbud. A real plus.

    This worked fantastic for the first few weeks. Days after the return/exchange cut off, one of them died. Contacted Bose and have gotten the runaround on getting a replacement. Won’t buy Bose again.

    Expected better from Bose. Have had two sets as I had to get a replacement for a speaker messing up. Both sets the left ear falls out consistently. Only left. Overall decent.

    Noise cancelation is good but microphone is very bad

    Earbud breaks months after warranty.

    These earbuds really sounded great until a year later, the left earbud made a loud pop and stopped working. The pricing is absurd knowing that these lasted a year. I wouldn't get these for long term

    They're okay just wasn't for me... for calling the sound was crystal clear but it sound extremely low or like the person is far away... the sound quality is good but the battery life sucks... they are not very comfortable for me either

    I could not continue to use them since I was so used to apple being able to read my messages to me and kept falling out but I have a piercing in my ear that may have caused it to not stay. Either way they are awesome just not for me

    Love them . Only 1 little complaint. The touch to pause is to sensitive my shoulder while working out sometimes touches it and it pauses. Ill live haha

    Only had them for about 6 months before one of the ear attachments completely broke off. Luckily, I had the protection plan on them and Best Buy replaced them for free!

    These replaced my airpods pro because those would always fall out of my ear. The Bose stay in ear even when working on your back. Great product.
