Too small. I doesn't fit in my ears.

They fall out all the time

Posted .Hello John, the QuietComfort Ultra come with three sizes of ear tips and stability bands, (small, medium and large) If you find that trying all three sizes in various combinations are not holding the earbud secure in your ear, we do have an article on our product support page that can help: https://bose.life/3HzqSCb. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS CALLS!!

The other person can hear EVERYTHING...including footsteps if you are walking, passing cars, basically anything but standing still.

ANC is designed to minimize external noise, and due to the process of cancelling out noise, a low noise floor can be heard, however that should not interfere with the listening experience.
