I previously owned the original QC Quietcomfort earbuds and much preferred them. If only I hadn't lost the case! The sound quality and battery life for the QC Ultras are nice. The main complaint is during phone calls. The microphone picks up too much background noise, both in air and quiet modes, and is a distraction to the person receiving your call. So, I don't use these for calls. Also, there are times when the blue tooth connection drops for a second. It doesn't happen all the time, but is annoying when it occurs.

Pretty good, ive ahd all but apple products and i must say that Bose so far are the best when it comes to comfort and noise. Noise cancelation is 2,d best to that of sony, but Sony tends to break earlier than any others. For the record i work out a lot and sweat a lot and actually put these through the ringer. These are durable.

Let me start by saying: this is literally the best money will buy in terms of general sound quality (but if you're finicky with EQ settings, Bose isn't good with that). The Spatial Audio feature works about 95% of the time flawlessly. Sometimes there's a pop. But it could also be because I am using them under my beanies. I actually upgraded from the original QCs to these in hopes the touch controls would be better. They are horrible. SOOO sensitive. I found a way to turn off the shortcut gestures in the Bose Music app, but the tap to pause feature is always on. I'd give this product 2 stars if it weren't for the audio quality and comfort and build quality. Because the gestures ruin it. The noise cancellation quality is even better than the original QCs. I couldn't hear a meteor hit 100ft in front of me. The Aware mode is fantastic when I'm going on night walks. I can hear all the cars and horns and bikes, but still be totally tuned out. Overall, these things are fantastic aside from occasional bluetooth connectivity issues. Also, if you have a phone with a snapdragon processor, GET THESE because there's enhanced audio when the earbuds are paired to a device with those chips.

No electronic deserves five stars but this one is close. They’re very comfortable in my ears sound is awesome and I love that you can tune everything else out or you can have it just so you can hear the music and anybody talking around you.

These are pretty good but disconnect from time to time from iPhone. If you have Apple I’d recommend just getting AirPods. More compatibility and similar audio. Noise canceling better on Bose but transparency mode better on AirPods Pro 2. Air pods pro 2 cheaper and adding everything up I think AirPods 2 are the go to if you have iPhone

Excellent noise cancellation, good style, extremely comfortable, and ideal for working out. Not a great pair of headphones for those looking for an everyday headphone for calls, podcasts, or general sound quality. Their sound profile is for a certain crowd -- bass is bloated, mids are recessed, and treble is sparkling. These are excellent headphones for those who listen to a lot of hip hop, EDM, and other workout genres. I was looking for headphones that could provide this type of sound profile and possibly be EQ'd, but the EQ in the app is basically worthless.

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds overall are great earbuds, the noise cancellation is top-notch, and the sound comes through super clear, like you’re right there in the room with the music. But for all that clarity, they’re missing that deep bass that gives the music some real weight. They fit well, look sharp, and are great when you just want to block out the world. My only real issue is the mic, people kept saying they could barely hear me on calls, which was frustrating. So yeah, they’ve got the quality, but they’re missing a little bit of that punch and everyday practicality. I like them a lot, but I ended up returning them and going with the AirPods Pro instead. I've been searching for earbuds to help with my daughters sensory to sounds. Having gone through the lesser brands and graduating to more costly, the saying is true you get what you pay for. She has the Bose earphones which are excellent at noise cancelation but she also needed something not so obvious when in public. The Bose earbuds exceeded my expectations. Her favorite feature is wearing one earbud while the other continues cancelling sound in one ear. The battery literally lasts her 2 days and she wears them quite a bit..... So yep, Hiiiiiiighly recommend.

Sound quality is outstanding. No connection issues, and the BOSE app makes it easy to up the firmware on these. The noise cancelling on these is great, and it really enhances the fidelity of the music when the hussel and bussel of the outside is muted out. My one complaint, and its so minor that I wouldn't change my 5 star review is that the volume of calls is a bit lower than I would like.

Bose has amazing noise cancelling earbuds. They are very comfortable and sound great. They are a bit bass heavy but I prefer that. The app is excellent and adds lots of customization. The complaints I have is that the noise canceling cannot be fully turned off just intensity turned down.

The best, enough said. Coming from an audiophile individual, i have owned them all from apple, to jabra active 75t, to the sony wxm. I love the jabra active 75t but the calling experience is bad, so i needed quality with good calling experience and i found it with these. Spacial audio that can be felt, and they are very customizable and fit very snug if you put the right eartips that fit. Only thing that does bug me is connectivity sometimes they disconnect by themselves or sometimes they refuse to connect to my phone, not always tho but its happened a cool amount of times.

These were pretty good but I returned them due to the issues with using them at night for sleep. The touch pads are too sensitive and this is an issue with little things like adjusting them to fit comfortably while working out or sleeping. There’s no option at the time of this review to disable to touch controls so that was most unfortunate. They were extremely comfortable though. I’d recommend them solely on this factor. Bluetooth connectivity seemed to cut out for me quite a bit but it may have only been a defective unit.

These earbuds are great. I have purchased many. When I compare these with the sound of the latest Apple AirPods Pro, the Bose are so much better. The noise canceling is great and the sound so crisp. Worth the money! They sit in my ears better than the Apple AirPods, and the charge really lasts! Buy them!

Great earplugs. They are light and sound great. The only issue I have would be the fact that on some songs the loudness is not present.

I love my Bose, they have great sound and noise cancelling. I bought it them mainly because I am a long time fan, but additionally I upgraded because of the 30ft BT distance...at work there is poor reception, and so now I can place my pone by the window and go back to my seat to talk. I got the black version, and they look and feel good. I am still searching for the right size tips for a perfect fit, and luckily there are plenty of size options that come in the package, but with each test the comfort when the buds are in-ear surpasses the previous model by far and is worth the upgrade by itself.

Comfortable, stay in place, with good sound transmission and noise-cancellation. Somewhere in my product search I saw a notation which said they didn't come with a charging case, so I ordered one separately. In fact, they did come with a case, and it was super easy to return to the store nearby. Very satisfied. With multiple devices in the room, it can take a bit of menu scrambling to get it paired with the one I want.

These are the best in-ear earbuds I own. I own two over-the-ear headphones—one from Apple and the other from Beats. I also own many versions of Apple's in-ear earbuds, and these surpass everything I own. The sound quality and fit are outstanding.

These Bose ear buds have been by far the best pair i have ever owned. Not only do they sound amazing, the fit is perfect ! I have also had some difficulty with ear buds fitting secure and comfortable , but these right out of the box went in just perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone !

Great Earbuds. Great noise canceling and sound. Charges fast. They would disconnect sometimes. Its my only issue with them.
