Sorry to hear you weren't blown away by the sound quality of the QC Ultra Earbuds! The fact they didn't sound great and weren't loud suggests you probably didn't get the best fit possible from the buds. If you still had the buds, I'd recommend getting in touch if you had trouble finding a good fit - As when inserted correctly, you would have a much better all-round experience!

Posted .Hi Troy, the QuierComfort Ultra earbuds have up to 6 hours when the Immersive Audio is off, or up to 4 hours when this mode is enabled. And the case with 100% charge will give you 18 hours of battery.

great outside of phone calls

They sound good when they work. But it's CONSTANTLY disconnecting and when it's connected it's CONSTANTLY dropping audio for a second or two. It's really frustrating and will be the last pair of Bose I buy. I wish I would've used them more during the return period because I would've returned them.

I tried all the insert sizes and did not help. Perhaps will work for other folks.
