    Terrible headphones, the sound is amazing but the touch to skip etc is way to sensitive and there’s no way to turn it off

    Connecting sucks. Noise canceling was all over the place. Worst earbud experience ever.

    The product was perfect when i initially bought it. However, it started making noise during calls after the sixth months.

    Worst product I have ever purchased. The biggest issue is bluetooth, loses connection all the time. Immersive mode is not stable.

    I had to return the first pair due to connect issues and now I have the pair I exchanged for and they are doing the same thing

    I had bose quiet ii and was happy with it after one year the right side broke. So i decided to buy the newer model, but when in quiet a mood right side have static noise and battery life is horrible. Very disappointed and no longer a bose fan.

      I'm so sorry to hear of your disappointment with your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! While the battery performance is 6 hours with Immersive Audio off, and 4 hours with Immersive Audio on, don't forget that the charging case will supply up to a further 18 hours of charge, keeping your earbuds nicely topped up. As for the "static noise" you mentioned, in some quiet environments you may be able to hear a faint digital audio artifact. This happens when noise cancelling is on high and you're not listening to music. This sound should be faint in volume, and it is normal. I hope this information helps!     They don't stay in my ears. Tried every size attachments. Great sound for the few seconds before they fallout

    I dislike it when you made calls because the receiving end always complained they could hear everything but you in the background.

    Not “find my Buds” feature

    Lost them within 2 months of purchase. It’s does NOT have the “find my buds” feature. And there’s not loyalty to customers.

    quiet comfort were much better. They just stopped working. I had 2 pairs. Both were returned. Them i got the Bose quietcomfort ultra. A complete waste of money. The noise  cancellation dpes the oppsite. Whenever it tries to cancel noise. It has a loud pop or bop sound. It almost hurt your ears. Very uncomfortable. And to make matters worse. We have to buy insurance each time we return this product. Which is a SCAM.

    The quality of the Noise Canceling has diminished. Also, there is a high-pitched squeak in the ear, which is unacceptable and damaging to hearing. In addition, the battery warning voice and sounding system is very annoying.

      Hello Tim, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. If you feel the noise cancelling isn't working as it should be, then make sure "ActiveSense" is turned off in the app. This setting activates noise cancelling, but only whenever any loud noises near you are detected. You can also turn off the battery voice prompts in the app, by going to Settings > Preferences and then selecting the "Voice Prompts" option. As for the high-pitched squeak you mentioned, we'd like to take a closer look at that, to see if it's expected behavior or not.
