Do....not....buy.....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These earbuds have the same connectivity issues as the quiet comfort 2......really bose. Myself, my gf, her brother, and my friend that is a fire fighter all had these earbuds at different times. I had 3 sets of them. I also tried many of the fixes that bose and other users in forums suggested. All of them failed. The earbuds kept losing connection to multiple different devices. This is a known issue with these and the qc2. Do ....not....buy them. I expect better from bose. Im very disappointed considering how comfortable they are.

Excellent sound; poor instructional material

The depth of sound (bass especially) is superior to the top-rated Sony buds I've been using. Plus the nubs and "wings" secure these buds in the ear--a problem with the Sony buds. BUT why can't Bose provide some written instructions on pairing and how to access the features? The website one is directed to only had info on pairing.

As soon as i was doing the fit test for ANC, I knew they weren’t going to be as good as they said. In all honesty, the Airpod Pro’s have better ANC than these by far.

It's true that proper fit is important for noise cancellation performance. Also, be sure to check your settings in the Bose Music app to make sure you are in "Quiet" mode, not "Aware" mode. If you continue to experience issues, our customer support team will be happy to assist further.

Not worth it

They keep popping out and every time I try to push it in real quick, the music pauses and sometimes you have to get back on your phone to resume the music, instead of the “tap”.

The WORST bluetooth connectivity elsewhere.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can honestly say I have never had a bluetooth device of any kind with a poorer ability to stay connected to my TV or phone or tablet or ipad. I can disconnect when my tablet is three feet away from my earbuds. Or one earbud will get slight out of sync and there will be an echo.
