    Horrific Connection Issues

    80% of the time you will have to go through multiple steps to get these to connect. It takes 5-10 minutes for the work arounds. I owned the first generations and never had any issues. They need to do a software update or stop selling these. Internet is loaded with people having same issue.

You can try re-syncing the earbuds and charging case, by putting both earbuds in the case, waiting a while, then inserting the right earbud before the left.     Don't last

    Sound is good, but $299 gone after a year or two. It don't last it should. Keep breaking apart, and I had to use super glue to keep from not breaking. Left side died first. Keep your money for sonething cheaper like Jabra, Samsung and Apple. I had Jabra and Samsung before, They didn't in 3 years, I just gave them away.

    A Frustrating Experience Not Worth the Price

    This Bose earbud model is an absolute disaster—the worst they've ever dared to release! Pairing it with my iPhone is a gamble; sometimes the left bud connects, sometimes the right, or it just gives up and disconnects entirely. Their so-called Bose Music app that's supposed to help switch devices is a complete joke. Utterly useless. I've submitted numerous complaints, only to be told I'd get a replacement after a long wait of 4 weeks! Really? So, if you're keen on throwing away $300 for a bundle of issues and enjoying a month-long wait for a replacement, by all means, go for it. @Bose, it's disgraceful that you're selling such low-quality trash! I'm beyond disappointed. These awards and glowing reviews have to be fake. This product is a nightmare—Avoid it!

    ANC is great but…

    I have the Bose QC earbuds version. and it works flawlessly. When the Ultra version is in the horizon of being release, I gave the earbuds to my wife and pre-ordered the ultra version. So excited when I got it. Been using it for almost a week now but there’s this issue with the Noise cancelling. While listenin to music (apple and amazon music) or watch youtube videos the ANC keeps turning off and on. It happens every now and then. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting it from my iPhone 13pro max. It works a bit for a few hours and then the ANC on and off is acting up again and it’s very annoying. Anybody here experience similar issue? I have until end of the month to decide to return it or not. I prefer to keep it if the issue is fix for good, But if the issue is not resolved before end if the month, I am returning it. Thanks.

    Trash earbuds

    Very disappointed in the earbuds. Definitley not worth $300. Save your money. Ear buds always pause music or hangs up calls when you adjust the ear buds. When you're on a call the other person sounds far away. Music not loud enough.

    Great earbuds, but...

    I've had these earbuds for just over a year. They worked great and provided me with a decent listening experience. One month after the warranty ended the right ear bud stopped working and the case will no longer connect to bluetooth. Called support and they said there wasn't anything they could do. I won't be buying another $300 pair of earbuds that only last a year. Too many other options out there.

    Worked for 3 months for $250!

    I am a dedicated Bose consumer. I own two sets of noise cancelling headphones, a Bose sound system, and Bose noise-cancelling earbuds. Less than 2 months after purchasing the Bose earbuds, the right earbud stopped charging. I went through all troubleshooting instructions to no avail. Called Bose and they offered a replacement for $195. I paid over $250 and they lasted all of 3 months!! I always thought I could rely on Bose, but I will be switching brands.

    Battery Life

    In the beginning I was in love with those earbuds. but now the battery is not working. I charge them and when I want to use it said battery 10%. When you decide pay that amount of money of earbuds you want quality back. I have to say it I never had this situation with Beats.

    Disappointed

    Bought these earbuds and they fall out of my ear. I changed the tips tothe 2 different sizes and same thing happens. Totally disappointed.

    Headphones

    Don’t waste your money. These headphones are absolute garbage. If the wind blows just right the song changes and/or stops playing. There’s nothing you can do to change that setting. If I could return I would. Stick with air pods!

    Not good for the gym - not sweat resistant

    First pair, the right earbud stopped working within a few months. Bose replaced them for free and the second pair lasted less than 2 months. As soon as any amount of sweat touches then they stop working. The right earbud just hisses and screeches now. If you don't plan to use them for the gym, they're great. Otherwise, any exposure to sweat will destroy them.

These earbuds have a IPX4 rating, which means that they are water resistant to light rain and light sweat, but not fully waterproof. After using them at the gym we recommend wiping them with a dry cloth to remove any potential sweat.

    DO NOT BUY

    I wanted to love these. I trust bose for amazing running earphones. About a month into owning these the left earphone had horrible static. Bose directed me to put headphones into case and try again- no fix. Reddit has pages and pages of the same complaint. I am returning my headphones because of the static and fo not recommend these headphones.

    Do not buy these I have the Bose sport ear phones and stopped working so I purchased the new ones here and they fall out every time I go to the gym I call Bose and they replied one size fits all

    NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS CALLS!!

    These earbuds are not serviceable for phone calls- especially business calls. The other person can hear EVERYTHING...including footsteps if you are walking, passing cars, basically anything but standing still.
