These noise-cancelling earbuds work great sonically. The music sounds really great and noise canceling is really good. Not sure how noise canceling compares to other brands. I have one complaint and some suggestions to make these better. First - my MAJOR complaint is that the case for these $300 earbuds is made of unbelievably slippery plastic. I've dropped this thing many times on a hard floor while trying to pick it up. You know the last thing I need is for my $300 earbuds to break! What the heck is wrong with your engineers - don't they try actually using the product??? It's so frustrating when easily fixed obvious issues like this exist especially on a premium product. Get your act together! Other suggestions - the app should let you create and customize the name of noise canceling settings. They have pre-canned names like "walk" or "Outdoor". That's fine but I need to create my own named settings for my own special situations. This is an easy software tweak - so just do it! Second - they should implement a feature that Apple earbuds have - which is to show the user on the app the SPL (sound pressure level) of the environment and how many dbs of noise reduction the earbuds are providing. This is useful info, especially in a high-volume environment like a rock concert! Well, I hope Bose actually reads this and acts on it. For the cost of these things - this is not too much to ask for.

Good quality earbuds, good base and sound quality, amazing battery life. I pre-ordered these and they came faster than expected and I was super happy with my purchase. My only complaint is the style of them can kind of hurt my ears after a while of wearing them. I don’t think these were really designed for everyone, but I don’t regret my purchase. I traded out my AirPods Pro for these.

I fly a lot for work and I needed a great quality earbuds that live up to the true noise cancellation technology. These earbuds not only have great quality of sound but are able to cancel out all the noise around. I don’t hear the airplane nor the screaming children on the plane. They fit comfortably in my ear, so I don’t even notice them when I fall asleep. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

I love these things, I have had literally every kind of ear bud and I am not exaggerating.. It was an actual problem I have over 20 pairs of ear buds.. I was finally at a point where I was going to buy these and if they didn’t work I would have custom made ear buds because Every ear bud falls out as soon as you move or workout or anything… I have small ear canals so they never fit right.. These ear buds are the best, sound quality is bar none nothing compares if you want the best these are it.. You won’t be disappointed at all. There is a reason you don’t see people re selling these head phones because nothing compares to them

The headphones was really great with noise cancellation feature. The sound experience with the headphones in a noisy surrounding was unique and quite reliable. Just that, the phone call volume seems to be less and had to maximize the volume on phone when talking with Bose headphones.

Really love them great noise canceling but way to sensitive to touch. Otherwise they are a 5. Cant adjust them without pausing music or changing the noise cacel setting.

Loved the product when I bought it last year in October 2023. It did everything it said it would, great sound, noise-canceling feature were awesome and they were light and stylish. I want to say about 3-4 months afteri bought them is when they started getting glitchy. They would either not connect to my phone or the different sound modes would not change. I thought maybe they needed an update or it could have been that I had an Iphone so it was a compatiblity issue that messes with the connection. I did have to download an app to use it. So that was also a first. You know…. Making excuses and what not lol the issues resolved on their own so I did not care to investigate any further. Pay mind that I tend to use them 4-5 days a week at the gym for about 1-1 and half hours. It was until the last 3 months that the right ear bud would get static to the point i could not wear it anymore because it was so unpleasant. As for the past month, none of the different modes work so when you change them. It annouces that they changed (workout, quiet, aware, immersion, etc) but nothing happens. The device is up-to-date, I’ve kept up with taking care of them soooooo? It could be that they are just meant for a leisurely and less active lifestyle and I overused them. So I definitely will not be buying these specific headphones again and would go for something that can last longer with less problems.

Looking for the best sound and noise cancelling earbuds? Look no further, these earbuds simply put perform all the beats studio and Sony headsets I've ever used or tested. Be careful with the noise cancelling though, I had it enabled while walking my dog in my subdivision and almost got hit by car because I couldn't hear the car even though it was honking it's horn at me. You honestly will not hear any outside noise with these. Also the battery life on these earbuds is insane, you can go weeks without the need to recharge them.

I was looking to upgrade my first generation Airpods Pro. I compared these Bose buds with the AirPods Pro 2nd gen. My main objectives were improved ANC, good sound quality, and ease of use. The Bose are excellent on the first two. ANC is outstanding, far better than the older Airpods. Sound quality was very good as well. However, there were some minor glitches. The connection to the iPhone dropped sometimes and there was an occasional lack of sync between the L and R buds that would create a brief echo effect for a second or two. Also, the integration with Siri is not as seamless as with the Airpods. So I bought a pair of 2nd Gen Airpods, and found that the ANC and sound quality was on par with the Bose buds (though I did not do a deeper dive by comparing musical tracks; at first blush they were both good enough for me), but the Airpods function more smoothly in the Apple ecosystem, with fewer dropped connections, ease of use of Siri, etc. So, I returned the Bose buds. Bottom line: they are very high quality buds with comparable performance to the Airpods, but, as many online reviews say, the nod goes to the Airpods if you're swimming in the Apple waters.
