These earbuds are the single greatest purchase I have made. They are super simple to use when swapping between quiet mode (i use this when my neighbors are blasting music) or aware mode (I use at work so I can have music in my ears but still be able to hear customers). The battery life is great and the case itself acts like a portable charger that you don’t have to plug in depending on if you’ve charged it recently. The sounds quality is up to par with anything you might expect from Bose audio products. Buy this and you will not regret!

These noise-cancelling earbuds work great sonically. The music sounds really great and noise canceling is really good. Not sure how noise canceling compares to other brands. I have one complaint and some suggestions to make these better. First - my MAJOR complaint is that the case for these $300 earbuds is made of unbelievably slippery plastic. I've dropped this thing many times on a hard floor while trying to pick it up. You know the last thing I need is for my $300 earbuds to break! What the heck is wrong with your engineers - don't they try actually using the product??? It's so frustrating when easily fixed obvious issues like this exist especially on a premium product. Get your act together! Other suggestions - the app should let you create and customize the name of noise canceling settings. They have pre-canned names like "walk" or "Outdoor". That's fine but I need to create my own named settings for my own special situations. This is an easy software tweak - so just do it! Second - they should implement a feature that Apple earbuds have - which is to show the user on the app the SPL (sound pressure level) of the environment and how many dbs of noise reduction the earbuds are providing. This is useful info, especially in a high-volume environment like a rock concert! Well, I hope Bose actually reads this and acts on it. For the cost of these things - this is not too much to ask for.

So comfortable to use. Fits well to my ears. The sound is amazing. Nothing compares with the quality. It is worth the money I paid for. The best I have tried.

Good quality earbuds, good base and sound quality, amazing battery life. I pre-ordered these and they came faster than expected and I was super happy with my purchase. My only complaint is the style of them can kind of hurt my ears after a while of wearing them. I don’t think these were really designed for everyone, but I don’t regret my purchase. I traded out my AirPods Pro for these.

Comfortable. I have smaller ears. Was in a loud plane and with the option to adjust the sound cancelation i was able to find a sweet spot that drowned out plane noise but didnt drain out voices. It was magical. 10/10 for that. Similar feeling to electronic ear pro for the gun range

Good noise cancellation and battery life. Has some connectivity issues with iPhone that happens out of nowhere sometimes and could be annoying to deal with. Overall good but too expensive for what it delivers as a product

Great earplugs. They are light and sound great. The only issue I have would be the fact that on some songs the loudness is not present.

The sound quality and noise cancelling is really good. The touch controls leave a lot to be desired. I would often pause to change music / shows just by reaching up to re-position the pods in my ear. They aren't the most comfortable fit in the world, either. I consistently run into connection issues. Sometimes I have to place and re-place the buds multiple times before both connect to my phone. Is it worth the money? Debatable. I feel like the Galaxy Buds Pro 3, despite mimicking the airpod design, works better in most ways.

The ear buds have a nice design. The bass is pretty good. The way they sit in your ear is amazing. Only few things that I couldnt get passed was that they are not loud enough. You keep wanting to turn up the volume. Lol. During phone calls, i kept getting alot of distortion. And last, they dont switch between devices very easy. I ended up taking them back and getting Airpod Pro 2. Sucks because I really wanted to like them.

I love these headphones , their awesome perfect sound with three three modes quiet, awear and immersion. When im at the gym and want to really focus on my workouts I dont have to worry about the headphones sliding or falling off with all the sweating as a part of my workout. I love them so much that i had to upgrade to the newest version

I was really impressed with the sound quality of these. I've got several pair of decent headphones, some active and some passive that I use for professional sound work. I've got the Air Pod Pro Gen 2's as well. For me the sound quality of these was notably better than the Apple ones. I strongly prefer the Apple buds for calls over the Bose but for music I always opt for the Bose Ultra's. Note even the Apple buds I rarely use for calls. They are OK but if that is your primary use espcially with surrounding noise in an office or car, Blue Parrot or Rand McNally truckers headsets best in a car and office adn really good for calls but lousy for music. People have no idea I'm talking in a car with the headsets. Even had cleaning people right next to my desk one day with a vacuum. I was going to stop talking until they were done but people on other end of the call told me they were not hearing it. If just office and not car, Poly headsets more comforable for all day use and still good for surrounding noise. Not as good as the trucker ones though in crowded office with lots of noise. Moving on, I have occassionally had the Bose drop out and need to reconnect. For casual listening it's no big deal but if using during a workout, reconnecting is a bit of a pain. That aside, for music buds, I really enjoy the Bose Ultra and think they were well worth it. Amazing how far ear buds have come. So for music only, these would be my first choice. If I had to use buds for both music and calls, I'd go Air Pods Pro2 but preference is to use Bose for music and real headset for calls.

Best earbuds ever, I work in a very loud environment, and these little guys block the noise very well. Switching from mode to mode it is easy and convenient. They are quiet when you need them to be and when you need to hear something like a conversation without taking them off, they are perfect.

These work better than I thought they would with traffic noises, fans, and other background noise. 4/5 because people sometimes have trouble hearing me talk through the microphone if a loud fan is on. Also 4 instead of 5 due to battery life. A lot of off brand earbuds have 15 hr battery per earbud and 20-40 hr per charging case. I didn’t know about those until after I bought these though. Sound quality is great. They don’t work well enough for heavy machinery but work in most other situations.

I work in a auto-body collision repair shop and these block every single noise out. My coworkers have to tap me on my shoulder to get my attention. The noise cancelling is astonishing. They hold in no matter the position I’m in.
