The design of these earbuds are something new. Upon use, it felt like they were going to fall out of my ears. I was going to change the rubber around the outside but then I started to hear a white static. I thought I was going crazy but it turns out, it's the earbuds themselves as I conducted a lot of audio tests. I would put them back in the case and the noise would cease only to resume again 10 minutes later. Did some digging and apparently, this is a persistent issue with these earbuds. The app is also a bit lackluster with a very basic equalizer. I expected a bit more advanced features. The noise cancelling is phenomenal but the constant white noise radiating from these earbuds is a deal breaker.

I love the sound quality. They are easy to operate.

A 3 out of ten, at best. Would not recommend. The case’s flip top is flimsy, and the buds are difficult to get out of the case when on the go. Also not wireless charging capable. I’ll admit that the noise cancellation is excellent. But the volume is so low in the buds that it’s pointless. Lastly, while the touch feature seems handy, just the slightest brush changes settings. So it’s more of a pain than a convenience.

The audio quality is superb, with only minor concerns with the Bose app only having a 3 band eq. They sound great straight out of the box so not much adjusting necessary. The noise cancelling is great as well. The phone call quality is awful, really bad. These are unusable if you need clear phone calls. Otherwise, great buds.

This has a pretty good battery life and clear audio, you can hear every instrument individually and enhances your media experience, for the price i got it for i cant recommend it enough

I would have gave these a five star but in my case I have bought these to replace my jabra elite 8, I bought theae bose for work since I am always around loud equipment, and need a good pair of noise canceling earbuds. The noise canceling seems to freak out with diffenrt equipment and dose not block out the noise. If you are looking for some earbuds for work would not recommend, go with apple airpods pro the noise cancellation is good and dosent freak out with diffent types of equipment.

Genuinely the best earbuds I've ever had. I'm also a much larger human and these are the first earbuds that don't slip out of my ear even with the largest size silicone rings on.

I've had Bose sound sport ear buds for years. I use them at the gym and they have never failed to provide an awesome sound and block the gym noise around me. I bought the new Bose noise cancelling earbuds and some how my experience was even better! I've been on the side of a highway with big rigs and other traffic within feet of me and the Bose noise cancelling earbuds actually canceled all noise and I was able to hear the person I was speaking with very clearly. If you have the chance to obtain these ear buds you will not be disappointed!! 5 stars all day long. Thanks again Bose!

I used my new ear buds on a flight and was amazed how well they cut down on the engine noise while delivering excellent sound quality for the movie I was watching. Music quality is outstanding.

I love these and the noise canceling is amazing. I use these everyday for work and personal calls. Music is a whole other game. Working out with these will be great but I’m afraid they might fall off my ear if I move too fast but other than that great product.

I loved how comfortable they were for earbuds. Although i wouldnt recommend them for working out, i think they are perfect for using ehen walking or sitting down to enjoy some music

I've had three pairs of wireless buds (Sony XM, Bose quiet comfort 2, and the ultra) and these are by far the best. Most comfortable, most fitting, thickest sound.

Good headphones but they lose connection at times. Noise cancellation works great when on the outside noise is gone you can hear some noise but people talking you cannot. The immersion is the best option they have on the settings you can pick from its noise canceling and the sound is excellent.
