The design of these earbuds are something new. Upon use, it felt like they were going to fall out of my ears. I was going to change the rubber around the outside but then I started to hear a white static. I thought I was going crazy but it turns out, it's the earbuds themselves as I conducted a lot of audio tests. I would put them back in the case and the noise would cease only to resume again 10 minutes later. Did some digging and apparently, this is a persistent issue with these earbuds. The app is also a bit lackluster with a very basic equalizer. I expected a bit more advanced features. The noise cancelling is phenomenal but the constant white noise radiating from these earbuds is a deal breaker.

Great sound quality and technology. Not durable. I was not too careful while using it, but it stopped working in 2 months. I use beats earpods the same way and it's going strong for more than a year now.

I've owned these for almost 2 years now. I love them. I used this for the gym and the noise cancelling is amazing. 2 years and no issues.

Love Bose everything …these sound amazing BUT!!!!! Exchanged 3 times…hopefully this will be the last. Problems with Bluetooth connection - took into geek squad and even they couldn’t connect the headphones.

I've had every paid of Bose True Wireless buds, and these ones somehow improved on all of them. The ANC here is only slightly noticeably better than the QC II buds, but the soundstage is much more noticeable deep and rich. I don't use the Immersive Audio feature much, but even without it, they're well worth the price. The "wings" for stabilization in the ear are an underrated plus too, as these buds are much more stable in my ears than previous buds while moving around, doing yardwork, etc.

Got these to replace my AirPod pros. Best thing I’ve done! They stay in my ears. More comfortable.

I'm not an expert or anything like that cause I'm not a young kid I'm an old person hahaha These earbuds I believe they call them they are absolutely awesome it has three different settings the one you can hear nothing that is going on around you just total music the other one you are aware of what is going on around you besides the music... The sound is absolutely fantastic just exactly what you would expect from Bose I have had them for about a month and a half now maybe a month I don't know I use them quite often and I am here to say you will love them I am sure

These are the best earphones that money can buy.Don't waste your money on apple.The sound quality is wonderful.The call quality is great.Best earphones ever i've had them for a couple of weeks now.I use them consistently.I've only charged them once

These are truly impressive in-ear headphones as they produce a robust and deep sound that honestly should not disappoint anyone. The Bose QC Ultra is an excellent pair of earbuds. The ANC feature is awesome and is comparable to the ANC on Bose' QC headsets. The sound is awesome and the companion app works real well with handling the earbuds features.

These are hands down my favourite headphones! Honestly was all about Beats for the longest time, but Bose puts everything else to shame. Best option, second only to overhead headphones!

These earbuds excel at everything: noise canceling, sound, talking on the phone, user friendly, battery life, etc. I highly recommend them.

i have owned mine for not even an entire year. for the amount of money spent they are cheaply built. the lid to mine is about to break off due to frequent use. i even have them in a protective case. sound quality and noise cancellation are both great but the case is not made of well quality at all. would not buy again. back to airpods i go. they also randomly disconnect and connect to the device.

They are awesome they are everything they say they are they fit perfect the quality and Clarity is excellent i would recommend them to everyone i know
