I love these earbuds. They aren’t too small that they are easy to drop, but they aren’t too big for my ears. I also love the three ways that you can listen with background sound of what’s going on or not. I have always been an apple shopper and still am for everything except for earbuds. They also stay charged really well

The audio quality of the BOSE brand is perfect! But I was a little disappointed in terms of noise cancellation. Noise cancellation is not effective when it comes to crying children.Anyone looking for equipment with noise cancellation should look for another type of headphone. Therefore, I do not recommend purchasing in this case.

I absolutely love them. However, the main selling feature of them over the QC II's is the immersive audio feature, which I thought I would enjoy more. For only $30 more, I would consider the QC Ultra's to be a better buy, but when I bought them both pairs were on sail, making the QC II's only $200 and $50 cheaper than the Ultra's. If I could go back I would buy the II's. With that being said, I still love my pair and at regular pricing I wouldn't regret my purchase.

These are very good and comfortable, the sound quality and the base in your ear are amazing. Very easy to control with volume and calls as well.

Love the immersion feature. I move around a lot at work and its awesome to have the sound surrounding me, interacting with my movement. Amazing noise cancelling expected from Bose as always. No comparison.

Noise cancelling is the only great thing about these. Connectivity is terrible and they are not built to last. Bought these 4.17.24. After a couple months of having them I was having issues with keeping them connected to my laptop, which was one of the primary things I needed headphones for. Now they no longer connect to my laptop so I only use them with my phone. I still have issues with them disconnecting from my phone so I just deal with it. However, this last week my right ear bud has started making loud noises no matter what environment I'm in. Of course I went to Bose customer service and my warranty has expired. Best they can do is have me send in my current headphones and try and fix them but I have to buy a new pair in order to do so. Seeing as a new pair is $200 and I just bought these for $325 I will not be sending my headphones in. I am gladly switching back to Beats.

Sound is amazing. I have the previous earbuds and these are far superior. They fit and stay in ears better and the noise canceling is much better.

Absolutely love these. They block out all the sound going on around me not only for myself but also for the people I am talking to on the phone. I loved them so much I also bought a Pair for my Partner.

Love bose..still using 12 year old 520 Hometheater system and i felt the same output for the earbud with some excellent noise cancellation features..earbud bud fall out of ear if you use at gym especially while running ..tried all 3 seals provided and its not working

Best quality headphones I’ve ever had personally. The noise cancelling is solid and the sound quality is even better. Are they perfect, no, but they are great quality headphones. Probably worth about $150 - $200 instead of $260 but still not a bad purchase o feel.

Easy to hook up and connect, great sound but great at tuning out outside noise. Great quality when talking on the phone.

I am very hard on my earbuds the airpods usually last me a few months. The sound quality and durability was a lot better than the apple airpods.

Could not get the air pod pro 2’s to fit. While the AirPods have some great features for iphone users, these headphones have superior sound and fit
