I havr owned several in ear headphones bit these have been the best so far. The only draw back are yhe microphones. They seem to not pickup my voice properly. However listening to music has been a pleasure using these.

I have only owned them 2 months and somehow the quiet and immersion modes have stopped working AND the left ear crackles sometimes. I may have used them 8 times. They are in a case on my dresser! That’s just NOT acceptable. Not for $300!!! And the case is flimsy. It may not last long if you carry them around or use daily. I had a pair in 2019 that in every way was better and had a feature that found them if misplaced. Bose did not show up for these. Worth maybe $100 in best condition. If they work correctly they are not bad. But not spectacular.

It is very odd that the two modes have stopped working. Please make sure the earbuds are being worn correctly (https://bose.life/43wX5nJ) to ensure that the noise-cancelling works correctly. Also make sure that you have the correct mode set (https://bose.life/4fHf4xB).
You can also reset your earbuds (https://bose.life/460LTkN), as this will return them to the out of box state. Along with contacting us (https://bose.life/contact) as we'd love to help.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To start off when I bought the headphones I could not get them to pair up to my phone and the mobile app and ended up with being on the phone for an hour trying to get it figured out. Second I bought these for working out and aftet the third day the audio started to cut out was persistent until I went to use them today (about the 10th time of use) they no longer work. I will say the audio quality at first was incredibly great for an ear bud and also the fit/comfort was unmatched! Maybe I just had a bad pair but not sure if I’m willing to risk $250+ to find out.

Bad for phone calls

The immersive audio that is special to these pairs allows you to feel as if high quality speakers arround you are playing and not the earbuds. A must try experience.

They predict the am biance I need, lower the volume when I need to speak and adjust the surrounding noice when I need things to quiet down a bit. Pretty sure it is the AI in the system that is doing the work for me as it learns from my habits of adjusting the volumn and hours of the day as I need it to adjust the volumen and type of coversations. A great thumbs up.

These earbuds are extremely comfortable with new simple toich controls on each earbud. Easy conection to devices for quick listening. I wish the battery life was slightly longer in imersion mode and hopefully soom there will be a locate my earbuds in the app for when they get misplaced. The ultra series believe it or not does not have that feature as of yet? I have recommended them to everyone that has high taste for sound quality! Thank you Bose!
