These earbuds are really one step ahead of me all the time. They predict the am biance I need, lower the volume when I need to speak and adjust the surrounding noice when I need things to quiet down a bit. Pretty sure it is the AI in the system that is doing the work for me as it learns from my habits of adjusting the volumn and hours of the day as I need it to adjust the volumen and type of coversations. A great thumbs up.

It gets the job done I like them they sound really good I don’t lose contact and the battery lasts a good long time

Incredible performance from these earbuds! Have very rich and deep bass Clarity at max volumes My only con is it hurts your eardrums due to figment issues of the earbuds themselves. Aside from that these are a steal if you get them on sale

This was an upgrade from a pair of Powerbeats Pro. I absolutely love the immersive sound. They're so much better than what I was using. I took them on the airplane and loved noise cancelling. I highly recommend

Best in ear buds on the market. With the Bestbuy total tech membership, you are covered in one ear and out the other. Drop the name and sign up for a membership. I am just trying to spread the word...the more you know!

To start off when I bought the headphones I could not get them to pair up to my phone and the mobile app and ended up with being on the phone for an hour trying to get it figured out. Second I bought these for working out and aftet the third day the audio started to cut out was persistent until I went to use them today (about the 10th time of use) they no longer work. I will say the audio quality at first was incredibly great for an ear bud and also the fit/comfort was unmatched! Maybe I just had a bad pair but not sure if I’m willing to risk $250+ to find out.

My son is in love with these.he is very happy with the quantity the sound is awesome. They charge fast and last a long time.

The Bose ultra are by far the best earbuds I have had. The sound quality is out of this world. Easily connectivity and one touch pause and start very clear on calls. Just over all amazing.

The case is probably my only complaint. Feels very cheap. Sound quality is decent, don’t fall out while running either . Overall good headphones just not for the price .

At first the noise cancel, sound quality is great but then after not even 1 yr - Low volume out of right ear, sound quality of product fades over time. The second pair we bought I can’t get it to connect to my phone . Not buying Bose products anymore. this is my third pair of earbuds. The 300$ price tag is not justified by broken earbuds that are not lasting more than a year

I did not think I could ever find a better ear bud than the 1st generation Bose Ear Bud. Now I have. Bose has out done there self. The thing I like best is now not just noise canceling these have noise isolation for when making phone calls. The other person does not hear everything in the background, they hear your voice and all other noises are isolated. The only issue would be the battery life. I wear mine up to 8 to 10hrs a day. They require periodically charging to keep wearing them.

A little lackluster than I expected. I have only owned them 2 months and somehow the quiet and immersion modes have stopped working AND the left ear crackles sometimes. I may have used them 8 times. They are in a case on my dresser! That’s just NOT acceptable. Not for $300!!! And the case is flimsy. It may not last long if you carry them around or use daily. I had a pair in 2019 that in every way was better and had a feature that found them if misplaced. Bose did not show up for these. Worth maybe $100 in best condition. If they work correctly they are not bad. But not spectacular.
