I’ve owned a good amount of Bose headphones and their quality, durability and sound quality have always been top tier for me. Used them through 2 deployments and never had any issues. Unfortunately, I can’t say that for these. The constant, random disconnections from the phone. The numerous times they wouldn’t sync with each other (audio would be ahead on one, not the other). The repeated times they would shut down and be non responsive with a supposed 90% battery remaining.

The buds do transmit some wind noise during road cycling and the transparency mode could be a bit louder as to the outside world.

The bass is actually decent compared to Beats and Apple Pro. The only issue I have is using them while running. It slightly hurts my ears with every step.

Noise reduction made me a believer with these earbuds. I can sit in a gym with over 10 volleyball nets with players yelling and coaches refs blowing whistles and I can’t hear all that.the only flaw is that I always end up accidentally touching them with my hand and pausing or accidentally changing the song.

Not sure if it’s my pair or something wrong with this item, but I hear a fair amount of crackling periodically and one time one of the buds popped. Still like them but definitely should’ve bought the headphones instead or browsed around some more. Not the worst but also not the best choice.

Bad for phone calls
