I am glad to hear that you love the great sound of your QuietComfort Ultra earbuds, but sorry you put them in your washer. These earbuds are not waterproof, they can withstand water splashes but can't be submerged under water.

I find it hard to switch between songs. Not as user-friendly as the AirPods, the touch function to increase volume or to skip songs can be challenging while jogging after purchasing the headset. The price dropped a week after which was very Disappointment. I would have kept the box would have returned it and got it at the new door price, but unfortunately, I did not

When you have both earbuds in it is like having your own mini concert. It blocks out all background noise perfectly. You can turn the volume up and down by sliding your finger up or down earbud. You can easily pause or back up. I highly recommend these.

For phone calls while paired with an IPhone 15 pro max they are not worth the even buying. If you can hear the other person on the other side it was very faint like whispers. 4 star for music, 1 star for phone calls incoming or outgoing

Sound quality was amazing and the only reason I returned them was they can’t be tracked if misplaced. I’m careless at times and would like something that I can track down when needed.

I have never owned noise-canceling earbuds before. I can't imagine using something else after experiencing these. It truly is like magic. If you enjoy a quiet lunch break or homework session, these help you feel like you are in your headspace, canceling all background noise.

I tried the Sony WF-1000XMS and the Jabra 10 before I settled for these Bose. They are phenomenal, excellent sound and unmatched noise cancellation. I would say to anybody thinking about buying these, they are worth every penny.
