    Great Sound and Excellent Noise Cancelling

    The sounds I so much better than any earbuds I have tried in the past. And I love the quiet mode. I fly a lot and enjoy the peace and quiet while on a plane. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a good set of earbuds.

    Love my Bose earbuds. It's true, Noise cancelling like they said and the quality is fantastic.

    The sound is good. The issue for me is comfort. They constantly fall out of my ears when I am jogging. I would not purchase again.

      Hello, it's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the QC Ultra Earbuds! With regard to them falling out, I'd suggest trying a different combination of the tips and stability bands. It sounds like you've not found the perfect match yet. Remember, not all ears are symmetrical, so you may need a certain size on the left and a smaller/larger size on the right. Give this a go and you should be able to enjoy a jog without the worry of them leaving your ears!

    Sound quality was absolutely phenomenal and ANC but they had horrible connection issues even after the firmware update and were super uncomfortable for my ears. (Used with Pixel 9 Pro) Ended up returning them.

    Easily one of the best sounding ear buds I have ever used. The bass is rich and blends well with highs and mids. Easy to pair and I like bluetoothing them to my tv and the Spatial Audio is neat when I do that because it sounds like I have a soundbar in the room

    So not worth the money. They sounded great initially and are comfortable. However, it’s super annoying how sensitive they are. If my ponytail even grazed a bud while running my music would stop. The slightest touch or movement would cause them to stop playing. They also have connectivity issues. Finally, one bud just stopped working altogether at the worst possible time, during my half marathon. And I haven’t even had them a full year. I just repurchased AirPods.

    These earbuds far outrank my AirPods Pro. They carry a crystal clear sound and also have amazing noise cancellation when needing noise background shutout.

    It’s overall good noise cancellation earbuds, few challenges: It falls off gradually from the ear sometimes it changes the cancellation level automatically and keeps saying bit of annoying but seems something on touch sensitive points when wear cap

    I hate to give this item a one star but I must. I read all of the reviews that are on here before I purchased my pair three weeks ago. I have to say, all of the reviews were spot on. The audio immersion sound feature is really awesome. You can tell that they made this design and pushed this model out because of it. The noise cancellation is really nice as well. All of the rest is not good. The bluetooth kept disconnecting. It does not like being paired to two devices because it seems to get confused between the two. I had trouble getting it to reconnect when I did it manually. One of the earbuds would not stay in my ear. After a bit of movement, they both would fall out. I changed the inner ear piece, but that did not help. And they hurt my ear after a short period of time. The tap commands aren't that good either.

      Firstly, if you're struggling to get a secure and comfortable fit with your earbuds, please ensure all combinations of eartip and stability band have been tried, and make sure to run the fit test in the Bose app as well. Alternate sizes of eartip and stability band (XS, XL) are available separately, if needed.

      As for the Bluetooth connection, if this is breaking up then try rebooting your connected device, as this can often help. You can store up to 6 devices in the earbud's device list; to cycle easily through them, use the desired device's Bluetooth settings to select your earbuds.

    These are Quiet and Love the Sound Quality

    Loved the Bose sound quality! So was easy, but the right earbud would not stay in even after changing the silicon tips. The "Immersive" mode was impressive quiet. I wanted them to work but it kept slipping out.

    These are great earbuds for noise cancelation, that block out the external noise about 90%. The music quality is great, however one only can use SBC or AAC codecs, if your phone is compatible with Snapdragon Sound, you'll be able to take full advantage of these.

    Overall a good product but just not comfortable for me. Sound quality is good as is the sound canceling feature.
