Bose has definitely stepped up their technology with this set. The noise canceling is second to none, and I’ve bought just about every brand known. Kudos Bose!

That’s where the praise ends. They suffer from connectivity problems, and after just two weeks mine have stopped working. Had hopes some of the issues from the previous version would have been addressed but they haven’t. This will likely be my last Bose purchase. What an embarrassing product from a once respectable company.

It's great that you're enjoying the amazing noise-cancelling and sound quality of the earbuds.
The connection dropping out and then for the earbuds to stop working is unusual. Double check that the stability band of the earbuds is correctly seated, which our guide here https://bose.life/464ZWoC can help with.
