Connectivity issues someties , besides that i like them alot

Sound great. In my opinion these are better then airpods pro.

I wanted to like these headphones so badly! They sound amazing and their noise cancelling is definitely better than the airpods pro. However, three things ruined the experience for me, and I just returned them to my local BB store: 1 - no multipoint, which make them a pain to use with more than one device 2 - unstable connection, very often I would notice the headphones go out of sync for a split second, and then sync up again right away. it's very glitchy and distracting 3 - worst issue I had with my pair were the controls, as soon as the cold weather hit this week, the touch controls failed a lot. The headphones started automatically switching themselves between anc and aware modes, to the point where they were unusable. I then decided to turn off the shortcuts in the app, to then see that the same issue of the touch controls started happening with the play/pause function. I cannot emphasize enough that this is a huge deal breaker for cold climates. I'm hoping that in the future Bose will get its act together and put out a competent pair of TW earbuds, as I love the brand and their sound quality. For now I'll just go back to my ok sounding airpods.

Good bass, good sound and good bud! But... the fact that this is missing multipoint is very disappointing! I didn't think it would be necessary, but once I tried multipoint (on $50 dollar earbuds), there is no reason these shouldn't have it for the price they are at.

sound is excellent, especially with movie and music ,as many earphone in the market but this one is the best mic , no one complain s when i make a call they hear me very well.

Product does not cancel out noise unless both buds are in. This is not a good purchase for a professional truck driver.

Fantastic sound it block the outside noise if you want to or not, it was a gift to my wife and she is in love with it, the only issue is that now she blocks me from talking to her!

Bluetooth with the Garmin watch not so good. Other earbuds work just fine.

Best ear buds I've ever had. The noise canceling works great for. I shoot a lot of guns and use them foe ear plugs when i do and they do a great jod.

Tried four different earbuds. these are the most comfortable and secure. Pairing is questionable at times but for comfort and sounds they’re worth it

These are the absolute best earbuds I have owned in a long time. I was using the jabra 75 elite for a while. I finally made the switch to these and I haven’t looked back

Best Bose noise canceling earbuds. I had 1st generation quiet comfort. I didn't go to version 2 when it came out. Decided to go to this lest bulky and great listening.

The quality of this is overall amazing; I cant say anything bad about this.

This was an upgrade from my older quiet comfort. You can now have either bud in by itself and still answer calls. Also the emersive setting gives true surround effects

The best earbuds you can own. These are easy to connect and best noice cancellation. Best for workouts and amazing voice clarity for taking calls.
